Poorly run Dunks. You are forced to go through drive through only, they keep messing up orders and they take way too long making the orders and when you are forced to stay in the drive through due to no way of getting out of there you have to ask yourself, is it worth coming back. They are scrambled like they do not know how to do their jobs to the point where one could assume that they are under the influence of something. If you want meh food and coffee, just save your money and buy instant coffee, uncrustables and milk from the grocery store down the street. If you are pressed for time and need a quick easy breakfast, meal prep some eggs and sausage and freeze them because that is basically what you are getting from chain restaurants. The difference is that they fill them with preservatives and they came off of a conveyer belt. If you want a good food experience, go to chik' fil a or starbucks a mile up the road. Spending the extra cash is worth that much. Since you have to wait 15 to 30 minutes in a drive through line I would recommend people go to Jakes Breakfast Dinner located in the center of town. You will be in a better atmosphere for the wait and you patience will be rewarded...
Read moreOne of the better priced Dunkin’ locations in town. Others have jacked up prices on food and drink, but this location has stayed on the cheaper side. Quality of food and drink often seems better at this location. There is one problem though. The drive thru is a complete waste of time. If you can park and go in, you’ll be better off. Even then though, in my experience, it can be just as slow due to the highly divided attention between the window and the counter, especially when ordering food. I often place mobile orders and default to drive thru pickup thinking it’ll be faster, which it often is, however I’ve waited upwards of a half hour in this drive thru at peak times, and that line looked to be about no more than 6-8 cars long before me.
While this Dunkin’ excelled in many areas, the drive thru will always be a glaring issue for me that comes into consideration every...

Both service and lines inside and in the drive thru are atrocious, and if you should decide to take the chance of rolling the dice going the drive through make sure you check to see what you ordered in 'in the bag.'
Also, once you get to where you expect to pick up and pay, be prepared to repeat your whole order once again. Frustrating to say the least.
Stay away and go to the one in the Shell station about1/2 mile up the road on the same side.
No drive thru, but they are very friendly and know what they are doing. In the time it takes to not get what you want, you can caffeinate yourself and hi test the car for...
