Food pretty good. Service on the phone is AWFUL; person I got was rude, talked over me. .

Made an online order at 8:53 for 9:30 Thur pickup, the latest their online system would allow. Called at 9:00, we might be slightly delayed. Open til after 10, not a big deal. This call was a full 30 minutes before actual pickup. They told me my order was already ready…7 minutes after I placed the order AND a full 30 minutes before my scheduled pickup.

How long was my small pizza sitting around? What leftover food was added to my calzone? The sub and fries have been sitting around getting soggy for how long? And the tenders could be from this morning. Who knows.

I get this probably happens every damn day with timing of on line orders BUT polite staff may be able to “hide” it. In this case, the rudeness and cavalier “your foods ready” 30 minutes early is what made me write this review. I guess my advice is when you place an order for ‘future’ pickup (more than I’m on my way), they don’t actually respect that and they will make it asap and let it sit regardless of your order. Maybe I’m naive. I can only imagine if it was 1pm and I placed an order for dinner time...

I have ordered from this establishment too many times to count and most of the time it’s pretty good, but lately it seems to have fallen off. The prices went up and the quality of the food, barely edible. I gave them the one start for my daughters pineapple pizza, it was passable but my chicken parm sub was horrible. The bread was fine and the sauce was ok but the little bits of chicken that made it into the sub were burnt stiff and tougher than shoe leather. Like leftover from the day befores sandwich rejects and fried twice! Seriously , I couldn’t even pull it apart with my hands..lol. My dog wouldn’t eat it! And right next to those were the steak fries that were burnt brown with a smoky flavor that seemed reminiscent to last weeks fryer oil. Again, not edible.

I basically paid $45 for a mediocre pizza. I hope they enjoy my $45, they won’t get another...

I order from here often but recently some guy answers not sure if he is new or what but he always gives me a hard time. First he told me they don't deliver to my address which I knew was wrong because they have delivered to my house everytime !! Second I called to see if i can do half and half pizza of the specialty pizzas they offer. I usually order like this and never had a problem. But he told me he couldn't do it and that he's sure they never did it for me before. So I'm just like ok whatever clearly this guy has no idea what he's doing but the people in charge should probably train him better. Idk who he is but he's absolutely awful. Like just say u hate your job if u aren't going to atleast try to accommodate for the customer. Hopefully next time I order someone who i am familiar with answers. If not I prob won't order from here again especially if that...
