Cool concept, however, I’ve never experienced such horrendous service. The girl at the front register was extremely rude to start and didn’t acknowledge any questions I had to start. She then dropped food & drink off in front of my friend (who ordered first). I realized when food was dropped in front of me, it wasn’t what I ordered. My friend and I ordered similar smoothies but with slightly different ingredients, and my friend was already half way through my smoothie when we realized the mix up. I told the girl what happened, how she dropped my smoothie off in front of my friend who drank it not knowing it was mine. I asked for her to please bring me what I ordered.

She spoke to someone in the kitchen and her response when she came back was, “this was not our fault so you’ll have to purchase a new drink”. I explained to her that we had never been there before and asked how we are supposed to know which drink was what? I was confused why she would drop anything off and not let us know what she is serving? After purchasing food, the tablet at the register automatically asks who to add a tip, either 15, 20 or 22% in which I had already given 22%. The least the could do is let us know which smoothie is which.

The restaurant had absolutely no regard for allergies and didn’t care that I could not simply take my friend’s drink instead. They refused to make me a new one, so I basically paid for a drink I never received.

I’ve worked in the restaurant industry a long time and even when the customer is wrong, they are always right. But here, this was absolutely unacceptable. I wanted to like this business but after today’s experience I will never EVER go back. So infuriating, I do not recommend. Shame on...

I love the food. I feel good after eating here and I can log my macros easily. What is difficult about this place is the wait. I ordered my food for pick up since I knew from past experience there would be a long wait. I ordered at 11:39 before I left my house and didn’t get my food till 12:35. It told me the food would be ready for pick up between 12:05-12:10 and kept telling me the food was ready. It was ready…30 minutes later. They also forgot to add the cheese I added. They were so swamped I didn’t even try to talk to them. If you don’t mind waiting almost an hour for your food it’s a good place. The poor guy at the register was sweating bullets. Lots of people waiting. I don’t mind waiting if the pick up time is accurate. I hope they find a way to address this.

Updated I really needed some veggies and protein. I really love the food here so I thought I would it give it another chance. Ordered my food ahead of time and the food was ready on time! This is the first time I've ever left a bad review on a restaurant in my life, for reference.

I've been there 4 times. The food was great the first time. Since then, they've completely messed up my order every single time (like almost every ingredient was wrong). I can only come for lunch so it's rough having to wait for 2 orders to be made when I only have an hour for lunch.

It's hard because I really like the food, but the service is terrible. Took 3 weeks and multiple phone calls to even get in touch with the managers to get my food order comped the first time when I left and didn't realize it was wrong until i got to work. Also the most recent (and final) time i went, after remaking my order again (because 5 out of 7 of the ingredients were completely wrong) the salmon was also very undercooked, pretty much raw
