McDonald's — Restaurant in Marshall

They can never seem to get your order right there is always something wrong when you get your food when you go through the drive through. I made the mistake of going to the McDonald's in Marshall MN again. I thought by now they would have gotten things straightened out so you would have at least gotten all your food that you ordered. But I was wrong again. I don't know how but they managed to screw up my order again. And I told them Three times what I wanted for food. Paid for my food at the first window and got to the second window got my food looked in the bag which was supposed to have all the French fries in it and of course there were two orders of french fries missing again. So I had to drive around the building and go inside which was closed off due to construction going on. I went in anyway. The woman inside told me I couldn't be in there. I told her I wanted the rest of the food that I paid for. That there were french fries missing. I just wanted the food I paid for. This will be the last time I will be going into McDonald's again I've finally had enough of them messing up my food order. How hard is it to get a simple order of food right just once. You spend almost 30.00 dollars on food and they still can't...

Worst service ever. Laura, the manager, was extremely rude. My order was wrong. They required me to go inside to get my order fixed. An additional 20 minutes later, and having to ask the Manager twice to let me, the customer, talk. She repeatedly said that I needed to be clearer when placing my order. I asked what wasn't clear about .... "I would like a #1 with an orange juice, and I have a coupon for a buy one, get one free. I would like McGriddles," I asked how I was supposed to be clearer. She did not answer. And Katie, the drive-thru lady handing out food, should never be talking about customers. McDonald's in Marshall has serious training issues that must be urgently resolved, starting with Laura, the manager. Her lack of customer service skills is clearly impacting her staff and the overall experience for customers. I have already spoken to another individual who had a nearly identical experience with Laura. This situation...

Everytime we come here the order is either missing items or it's ice cold after waiting in line for more than 20 minutes sometimes upward of 35 even after multiple cars leave prior to us even receiving our order service has severely gone down hill and we won't be returning we spent just under 50 bucks last time we were in on me my wife and our 4 children and not only did it take 35 minutes to receive it was all cold... that makes no sense at all if it's being (made to order) and supposed to be fresh I mixed it up didn't get my go to big mac and instead ordered the double quarter pownder meal which isn't cheap and asked for extra onions which is an uncharge and A. It wasn't a double it was a single patty and B. There was (0) onions at all.... but we were charged for the double and extra onions (also cold) so unfortunately we're going to be avoiding...
