Burger King — Restaurant in Marshall

I went to the drive thru last Friday, January 25, around 4pm and ordered 2 whopper juniors, and 2 small fries for me and my child. The burgers were super sloppy and smashed together with ketchup and mayo oozing off of them. I rearranged the the bun and condiments that were falling off, and upon closer inspection I found a hair in the middle of mine. I was DISGUSTED. We will not be back! I don't recommend this place and wouldn't feed their garbage food to a dog.

I took the survey on the receipt and when asked, I had indicated I wanted someone to contact me about the terrible experience. A week later and NO ONE even attempted to contact me. Of course, I got an automated survey via email after this, asking how they did to resolve the issue, so I let them know that no one did their part to followup.

Sadly, this isn't the first, or probably the last time Marshall Burger King served up substandard filth. On another occasion they served me a moldy bun and the "manager" argued with me saying it wasn't.

Burger King in my opinion is way better than McDonald’s. But this specific store has left me disappointed and disgusted the past 7 times I’ve been there! I’ve been ignored multiple times after I’ve been standing at the counter for over 10 minutes. Terrible service, terrible workers just a very rude and lazy environment. The workers are just there to get paid and leave, none of them are actually excited to work and improve the environment. I’ve heard from so many people about how they’ve stopped going because the service is atrocious. Everytime me and my friends are picking where to eat, we all want to go to Burger King but never actually go, not because of the food, but because of the terrible service it provides. I called Burger King to call in an order that I considered a large order. The young lady that answered the phone told me you dont do call ins. In which my response was, "hmm..y'all did it for me 2 nights ago." Then she decided that she would take my order over the phone. My husband picks up our order and comes home. My family bought 2 crispy chicken salads and several combos. I was eating the lettuce from my salad and felt a sharp pain in my tongue like something was in my tongue. I go to the bathroom and my tongue was bleeding. My husband then threw his salad away. This happened on Tuesday night of this week. Today is friday and my tongue is still sore like a piece of glass is in it. The area now has a small knot in behind the bump that has formed on my tongue.
