If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order on the app for 3 apple pies and 1 Sprite Frozen drink. When I get to curbside 10 minutes later I sit and wait for my order to come out. After sitting for 10 minutes I call inside to ask how much longer before my order will be out. The lady told me another 7 minutes, no fried apple pies up. I told her I wanted to cancel my order. She said I had to cancel it on the app because that's how it was placed. I asked her how because I don't see an option to cancel and they have already charged my card. She said she didn't what to tell me, she couldn't help me. I asked for her manager name. She said Mike, I know him so I asked to speak with him. About 5 minutes of hold time and a guy gets on the phone speaking as Mike. I asked him about the canceling of the order. He, too, says it has to be canceled online. I ask again, how? Response is I don't know you have to go on the app. I'm telling him again, I'm on the app and it isn't an option. I ask how much longer on the pies... its been more than 7 minutes. He responds 7 minutes. I told him that's what she just told me. He says laughs and says he's looking at the wrong order. I state to him it's nothing funny, I'm trying to get to work, you've charged me and can't cancel the order and seem to have issues with getting order out. He says he only has 2 cooks and 1 cashier... đ I then ask him again if he is sure he is Mike because I know him personally and I know he isn't him. He laughs and says oh I'm another manager. I asked his name and the lady previous... he said his name is Josh and hers is Brenda. I doubt that was the truth as this whole time has been lies. Needless to say I left because I didn't want to be late for work. No order, no...
   Read moreI sat in line for 20 minutes and it barely moved at all. Finally, I placed a mobile order through the app and was told to park in a numbered spot. I got out of line and went to the numbered spot and put the number in the app. The app then gave me an error "We are having trouble with your order, please go inside to the counter and show them your order code". I got out of my car and walked up to the door to find it locked. I looked up the number and started calling the restaurant. After the first two calls went unanswered, they finally picked up on the third. She said the inside was closed and that I needed to go to the drive thru and give them the order code there. By now, the line is back wrapped around the building and McDonalds already has my money. I feel like I'm being held hostage and have now been sitting in the line another 20 minutes while I write this review.    Read moreMultiple times i have come home from working long Days at my job that is a 40 minute drive and there is Nobody Available at this McDonalds. I have even waited patiently for 10 minutes at the drive through menu/speaker and nobody ever said not one word to even inform me why this 24/7 McDonalds location is not taking any orders. I live a lone and have gone to sleep very hungry and angry because i was led to believe they were open at all hours of everyday of the week. I would greatly appreciate feedback and i truly hope you can resolve this issue that i see multiple people have every time it has happened to me. I will be patiently waiting for a response otherwise i will contact corporate in other ways because i love McDonalds and it infuriates me that i could not enjoy my favorite fast-food restaurant at the hours that are advertised countless times and had to wait until the next day to eat...
