Great variety, friendly staff that are patient and tolerant of children. The waitress that delivered our pizzas was very professional. Prices are pretty fair and based on age. I'm sure it's tough to stay on top of the cleanliness with people coming in to eat at a buffet, but there was noticeable effort from the 2 female staff. Love the strawberry 🥗 salad, not a huge fan of the wings on Thursday night.

If I could give Pizza Ranch zero starts I would. This place is so disgusting it’s beyond imagination. It’s hard to describe how bad the food here is. Just look at how dirty everything is, how much grease is oozing out of the food and how cheaply made it is. If you take a look at the kitchen (or the people who work there) you may throw up…

Restaurant was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly. Buffet was well stocked. Salad bar had some good options for the size. Several varieties of pizza. Pizza was just okay. Fried chicken though was very good! Dessert pizza was also good! Restrooms were very clean.

We normally love Pizza Ranch in Marshall MN. Hence the 3 star rating. We made the mistake of going there today for super. The girl at the register was obviously new and should not have been working the till by herself. The chicken and mashed potatoes as well as the potato wedges were gone. Pizza selection was slim as an understatement and salad bar needed tending to. This was less than 30 minutes after opening for supper. Chicken and mashed pot came out soon but we waited for an hour for wedges. No one ever asked if we wanted a certain pizza nor if we wanted to use our ranch rewards. The wedges finally came out and they were very few. Just in talking to other people, there were at least 5 other tables waiting for them as well. Some longer than us. The employees were asked several times and we all were told they would be out soon. 1 table was told 10 min. 23 min later they come out, just a few as stated. And they had been obviously reheated. Very dark, hard and the insides were like mashed potatoes soaked in oil. We spent $27 on our meal and just left and came home to eat. Others were leaving as well. It is obvious potato wedges are just as much a part of the popular foods there as the pizza and chicken, so why they did not keep up with the demand is beyond me. Several tables sat there taken up after people were done just so they could get the wedges. People lined up at the door. They should be refunding for this day as most of us just got salad bar. My husband was fortunate enough to get a piece of chicken that looked like it was from lunch hour. Very disappointing and will not be making our normal weekly/bi weekly visits here any longer. I especially will not be bringing grandbabies here for birthdays any longer. Slayton is much closer too us and I have never seen this kinda...

Was here the weekend of Easter, brought my mother who was so excited for the food and the coupons she got in the mail. 2 adults and I senior. Gave the girl our order of 2 adult and and one senior was told with a coupon that the total would be $39 and some odd cents. after using a senior discount, (dollar $1off, coupon for buy one get one for $5.99, and $1.50 off one buffet) I asked how it could be so much and the young girl said the buffet is ten something a person, she did not seem to care(was very rude about it) , I told her that I was not paying $40 for 3 buffets. After a line started forming she got the manger who rang this order up that came out to be $26 for the 3 buffets. ( told the young girl that tried to do our order to learn math before working at the register) after I paid we ordered a breakfast pizza from the manager.

We sat down and ate, we waited and wait for the pizza , finally asked when the pizza would be done. was informed they don't carry the eggs and gravy to make breakfast pizza. OK well how can the manager not tell us this when we ordered it? So the manger was very nice and helpful she offered to give us coupons and she did. the coups where for takeout items only and they expired that day.

We...

The place is well known as the only restaurant with pizza buffets (use to be Pizza Hut before they downsized about 5 or so years ago), now what I enjoy MOST about these folks is that I can order my stuff online and have it ready before I leave my front door for carry out (roughly 15 minutes, it's crazy fast in my terminology because that's how fast it takes me to get ready for the day and drive out to their location within Marshall, lol). My folks love them for their chicken, and mashed potatoes and gravy, lol; so it's really not uncommon to have to make two trips or simply throw in those items for them to enjoy. The person working the register is always welcoming, friendly, and very quick about getting your food ready after you walk in to pick-up your stuff. Again, I love the online features (my folks like to order by phone; but I'm visual and have to be looking at the menu online, lol); because it allows you to customize your order to your preferences so that you're getting exactly what you're paying for without any confusions, and it's also very smooth with these people.

Aside from everything else, their food is incredibly good and easy to experiment...
