The workers are inexperienced, I went in to return an item, and the guy ended up returning the item to the original card owner, but it was a gift that wasn’t the right size and we were going to return it and buy an item that was the correct size and instead they returned the item to the original card owner and I couldn’t get the item back because they already returned it and the manager had a smirk on her face and just kept repeating the same thing saying, “there’s nothing we can do”, this occurred on Nov. 7th, they didn’t try to rectify the situation in anyway it was a terrible experience. Yes, the store is organized and has the same products that every MARSHALS store has, but their staff is very inexperienced and have terrible customer service. The manager even went as far as saying I should reach out to the original buyer and tell them to give me $30, that is the most RIDICULOUS thing I’ve ever heard. And to make matters worse the person the manager was trying to contact was not being helpful over their little radio thing and just kept saying there is nothing we can do, a huge corporation like this and there’s nothing you can do! What a joke! Next time don’t try to put the blame on the client, take ownership that your staff screwed up and take the smirk...
