I made an appointment via the Website two days prior to the appointment time I selected. Arrived at salon 20 minutes prior to appointment time. When asked how I could be helped, I advised that I had made an appointment for two pedicures and two manicures. Nail tech was very annoyed, as "she doesn't use the website, and no one looks at that". I was told I should have called. I apologized and stated that if they were not going to check the online appointments, perhaps they should remove the option from the website. We were made to feel like we had done something wrong. I didn't do anything wrong, and to be treated like that at a place where we are paying for a service was very disrespectful. The tech that was annoyed brought it up more than once. I'm sorry she was having a bad day, and that she was frustrated; but taking that frustration out on a customer who didn't do anything wrong is not cool. When I had originally found the salon, I was pleased and thought it would be somewhere that I would frequent often. However after this last trip, it is very doubtful that I will drive 45 miles to give them my service. In a service industry, treating your customers rudely does not make for repeated business. I will take my business elsewhere...

So... I debated on whether or not to post this but.... I had the worst experience at Knails in Marshall today. The man doing my pedicure dug so deep into my toe nails (even after I told him he was hurting me) that at one point I kinda yelled out and just broke down after he just dug in deep...couldn't stop crying he hurt me so bad. He said he was sorry and rubbed my feet and then said "You not even bleeding".... he proceeded with the pedicure .... smh. Also, I was also told yesterday it was going to be $55 and it wasn't.... it was $60 .... I did get $3 off for using cash instead of credit. But no discount nothing more said.... I will never ever go back as long as I live. picture was taken before the mutilation began. I'm so sad because my friend who was with picked a color for her mani and it was completely different than what she asked for and the owner just told her that it will look different once it sets. She asked for glitter orange and got...

Took my girls in to get our nails for her birthday. When I called earlier in the day a women said they were extremely busy and have no open. I later called and a man picked up and said it's ok they have plenty of openings. When we got there the Mexican lady said out loud do you have a appt. Yes, we do. She then said IT'S NOT MY TURN, WHOES TURN IS IT? We were being shift around and I became uncomfortable. Later when my nails were drying one nail didn't dry and had a huge smudge from the dryer. The man tried fixing it 3 times. On the fourth time he didn't care and there was a huge bubble. He was going to call it good. I said there's bubbles, me ignore me, when I repeated my self he slams the polish aginist the table and said OMG. I was so shock I didn't know if I should be upset or scare. These two staff was so rude, I WILL NEVER GO...

I could write a novel about my experience at this salon. They do not care what you want they do what ever they want. They do not listen to you no matter how many times you try to correct them. They cut my cuticles to the point my cuticles break open and bleed 2 days later. They charge insane prices for nails that look like a 5 year old did them. I went back a day later and demanded my money because with how poorly they had turned out I had little to no faith they could even fix them. Their words "you want money we need nails" "fine take them off I do not want them" The nails were the ugliest nails I have ever had. Read the reviews and stay away from this business.

My friend and I had an appointment for 1pn two full set acrylics, we got there about 12:55ish and he welcomed us in, asked our names and etc, he had us look at colors, they where very busy this saturday. After about 20 minutes they finally had time for my friend to go, then about 10 minutes later me. The lady that did my nails was very quiet and worked fast, some of my nails aren’t totally the same shape and I had asked for a white french and not a lot of the lines where symmetrical. They had a welcoming environment I feel as though I would give 5 starts if she took her time to make sure the lines were at least more symmetrical. I would go back!
