I absolutely love Baskin-Robbins... I'm From Illinois and I grew up with them from 1970 but...this Baskin-Robbins is terrible. They never have the ice cream I want when I get here. They carry it but they're always out and they haven't gotten it in in a while according to the worker I asked the drive-thru. So...I asked for regular chocolate ice cream for my sundae and they didn't have that either.... So I ended up going with just plain vanilla. When we got our Sundae's the chocolate was hard and clumped on one side on my sundae and for boyfriend sundae his hot fudge was stuck to Just his spoon. I asked if they offer coupons to people when they don't have what they order and the girl told me... No they don't do that. I felt like they should have been able to offer something as many times as we've been here and they never have the ice cream in stock...

Came in half hour before closing (was told their posted time wasn't correct and they closed sooner) with the family and kids. Talked about what flavor of ice cream to get only to find out they closed the ice cream station early when we asked for a sample for one of the kids... website says they're open to 10 but sales associate said they close at 9. Seems like bad customer service for a company to do this...
