Hardee’s — Restaurant in Marshfield

First of all I have been a die hard Hardee's fan since I was a little girl. They are exceptional as a rule. However my experience at this Hardee's was truly terrible. My partner and I ordered breakfast that included 2 breakfast wraps in addition to other items. When our order arrived only one breakfast wrap was included. When I mentioned this the server got huffy,but agreed to make the second wrap we had already paid for. We started eating and the wrap we were given was cold and the sausage tasted sour and rotten. It had a very bad smell to it. The other food and drinks were good so we proceeded with those. Our second wrap never came although we waited quite some time and asked a second time. We finally left and just lost our money on the rotten wrap and the one we never got. Overall it was a terrible experience. If that was my first Hardee's experience I would never go to another one again. I strongly advise against going to this location. If for nothing else health reasons. Rotten food isn't something...

As a small business owner I am required to travel quite frequently and unfortunately it is incredibly difficult to find places to eat that can accommodate my severe dietary restrictions, which is why I was beyond thrilled to find that Hardee's carries a vegan burger and it's absolutely delicious! You guys gave me an actual meal that I could enjoy as opposed to most restaurants where I have to order sides and that's only if they have vegan alternatives at all. We've been driving for hours and Hardee's helped me with the energy I needed in order to get back on the road!

Thanks so much for carrying vegan alternatives, I'll definitely be sending people your way and hopefully in the future we'll start to see more plant-based options...

Oh my where do I begin i stop by on e a month n treat myself to a 2 slider breakfast sausage cheese n egg. A month ago got my order drove away got alot 10 miles my food was almost cold one didnt have the egg on it. Called to.let them know got a sarcastic apology. Said will send coupons never got. This past week was my time again this time again cold cheese nite even melted one no sausage just egg goodbye my sliders. Again called they said if u come back now we can fix it. Was already 8miles away said no. Agai. Offered to mail coupons. I said I never got any the last time they were offered. Again a apology 2 weeks now still no coupon s. Is this some ki d of fast food racket. Who knows customer service is long...
