IHOP — Restaurant in Marshfield

Waited almost an hour for our food. Manager came out and apologized for the delay. Theyd take care of the bill. Food came out. Husband had wrong kind of eggs. Got replacement eggs but they were fried too hot.. so the edges were all crispy..For sunny side up.Pancakes were cold. Chicken fried steak had barely any gravy. Maybe two spoon fulls. Asked for more gravy. Said we'd be charged for extra gravy. Seriously. There was almost nothing on it to start with. My omelet was overcooked. Eggs were very thin and dry when rolled up into an omelet. There wasn't that much filling to it either. I had the chicken fajita. Just wasn't that great or flavorful. I understand its new znd they are working on things. But even though you comped the meal because it took so long.You still bring out hot, edible food and fix the mistakes and complaints.And not just be , oh well sorry. Having IHOP here was a mistake, its not even good in Stevens Point. This was just to save Applebee's from closing down but honestly it should because the staff are bad at their job when they decide to even do it, the food is either overcooked or not at all. My wives eggs were almost raw, the bacon was so rubbery and my waffle was 40% batter that's a health hazard you should be ashamed. Want a good breakfast? Take $20 cash and go to Melody Gardens, come here you'll spend $50 and likely get food poisoning. Just because Trump is driving America into the ground doesn't mean industries have to cut corners and possibly get customers sick; learn how to run a business stop hiring incompetent people because you're desperate and actually teach people how to cook...

Decided to try this place out, drove there having high hopes that there was an IHOP in town. We entered the restaurant and had to wait awhile there were clearly a bunch of tables open. As we got seated we got our drinks and then ordered, We got our food after an hour and 30 minutes. And when we got our food they messed it up completely. My brother ordered scrambled eggs and the gave him over hard eggs. Crappy cup of coffee for 3.50 Warned me 3 times before giving me my food, as the plate was extremely hot and I shouldn’t touch it…. It was cold if anything. They said this for all our orders. Friends steak was completely raw. And then they stick a tablet in your face that is asking you for a tip.
