Cellcom — Local services in Marshfield

Horrible customer service!!! I went to both Cellcom and Sprint, which are right next to each other while shopping for a new phone and carrier, I had lots of questions. The customer service here was horrible, the workers are rude. I went into Sprint and the way I was treated by the manager and sales rep was completely different than at Cellcom. They were nice and informative and didn't act like I was wasting their time like at Cellcom while shopping around for a new carrier. Needless to say with the exceptional customer service experience I had at Sprint, I went with them. I would recommend them to everyone I know. Only good thing, i was greeted right away. Rep was very arrogant and pushy, i asked him if he was pushing accessories so bad was to make an extra buck and he laughed in my face and continued on, asked about deals coming up he said very fast there wasnt any come to find on facebook you have a sale starting today. Noticed that he didnt do what i asked him to do with my daughters phone and tablet. I will go to a different location to fix this problem. Hopefully i get better customer...

Cellcom isn't worth even 1 star! Very spotty service and overpriced compared to the larger companies. Being such a small company they just don't have the updated technology. Also the customer service is poor. Unfortunately I had to leave Cellcom because the service totally stopped working for 2 weeks and I'm a business owner that depends on a phone to operate my business.
