Starbucks at Target — Restaurant in Marshfield

The 2 working were great. Nobody was in line so we joked a little bit as they took my order and made my drink. I don't like the prices so much so it was a treat to myself. After I left I took a drink and found out quick that my cup was broken around the rim and I wore part of it on my shirt. I quick paid for a cheap t-shirt in the Target and went back to Starbucks for a new cup. The 2 felt legitimately bad and offered me a new drink immediately. Slow service ordered ahead and said my order would be done by 3:47 got in at 3:52 and there was no drink. There was 4-5 employees all standing and talking in a circle. When I asked for my mobile order they continued to talk to each other and finally got it by 4:01. I was almost late to work. Shouldn’t have taken 21 minutes to make a single drink.
