Server Mr. Kelvin was a very nice employee and new. Respectable, Polite, and Professional.... Hard Working. During the order process an item was left from my order without my knowledge.
The Manager (I believe was named Ms. Katie), but not sure. She is a Hispanic Female, around 5'-6", 300 lbs. This woman is rude and a terrible manager.... we will not go there again.
The wife and I dined in, were given a table number but the food was never brought to us.... we had to go and get it. Then the order was missing an item.
When brought to Ms. Katie's attention, she gave me a dirty facial expression and I had to bite my tong to avoid saying something.. , told me I did not pay for it, and acted like it was all my fault. The new employee Mr. Kelvin was just learning the register and getting help from another employee during my order. My order was confirmed verbally so I thought all was fine.... did not really look at every item on my receipt - but I guess I should at this McDonald's.
Oh, by the way, on the missing item (hot hash browns); when Kelvin called out the order for hot ones.... the Manager Ms. Katie looked directly at Mr. Kelvin and is the one whom acknowledge the request.... so this manager knew what I was expecting.
Another thing.... I order a cheese burger with Ketchup only as shown on my receipt but Ms. Katie gave me it with everything... and I do not eat pickles.... they make me ill. So the order was wrong too.
Ms Katie could have just apologized for the mistake, fixed my order, but did not - she did not care. I ended up (again) ordering hash browns a 2nd time and have my receipt for that.... and again, waiting for the food while my original order was getting cold. The time of placing my order to getting it was around 20 minutes.
Frankly, they need to fire Ms. Katie and put Mr. Kelvin as manager. This guy was on the register, busing tables, cleaning the floors and also moving supplies or something from the back, and tending to customers.
I am in my 60's and it was nice to see a hard working young man like Kelvin. Unfortunately, employee's like Kelvin are always missed and losers like the manager Ms. Katie push ahead. I think Katie has lost her way and for the money she is making as a manager.... well, I guess she figures she is untouchable in her position and can be rude to anyone she wants without recourse.
I hope you read this Ms. Katie.... I am calling Corporate and filing...

It has always been a 50-50 chance when we go. Sometimes food is hot and fresh, other times stale and cold. We went there this weekend because we were tired and wanted something quick. It was a total waste of money! The order taker kept getting the drive through order wrong- couldn't speak English enough to understand me (which is a pet peeve of mine). Out of frustration I told her to just eliminate the order and start over. She added a lemonade...which would be funny normally, but not when you're hungry. They finally got someone else to take the order. But we think they sabotaged our order on purpose. When we got home the fries were stone cold and stale. My wife ordered 2 cheeseburger meal with no onions, extra pickles to get them fresh. But when we got home (we live 2 minutes away), her burgers were COLD. They had obviously taken OLD burgers and scraped the onions off and threw pickles on, probably because I complained. It made me angry enough to take time to write this review. The Manager should fire this crew and do their job imo. We are done. Never going back after that. I advise caution to you as well. And Immediately check your food for freshness or just throw your money in the garbage, along...

Then gave me the wrong chicken sandwich I had to go back to the drive-thru. Handed the wrong sandwich in he didn't say sorry he didn't say thank you he didn't say a damn thing to me. Gave me the right chicken sandwich however it's burnt along with the bun. Every time I go there when this manager is working there's a problem he seriously needs to get his act together. Update: 06/27 5:30 pm third pic is my burger with burnt bun and onions that were missed when they gave me this old burger and fries. Drink counter was filthy. Service was fast but that’s because it was a recycled burger with onions scraped off and a new bun top put on. This is what $20 bucks an hour employee does and why do they get paid so much????
