We eat there periodically and get our thirsty Thursday drinks every week. Every week I sit in a long line hoping the service gets better. It does not. It is very slow and poorly managed. Today when I finally made it to the window, I paid for my 2 drinks and then sat and watched multiple people walk back and forth and fumble around what appears to be the only drink station for probably 5 minutes to get 1 drink and 1 empty cup for 2 inside customers before the person handling the drive through was able to make my 2 drinks. My order should have been ready by the time I made it to the window. It was only 2 drinks. This is only 1 of many poorly managed visits I've experienced there. I love the ice and the price is good but the service leaves a lot to be desired. I'm not sure how many more visits I'll make before deciding its not worth it. Read moreOrdered 2 small blizzards for a total of $11 and some change. They were way over blended like a shake. I kindly asked them to remake them and not overblend. Once again they were like shakes. Zero chunky bits. I then just asked for a refund. If I’m going to splurge almost $12 on 2 blizzards I want blizzards…not shakes. The employees were polite about it (I was very polite) I asked if DQ had reduced the topping allowance so much that no blizzard ingredients survived the blend; they only said they put the measured amount in. Come on DQ…you got the prices so high we can’t afford to bring the family for ice cream yet your food costs are probably off the charts with wasted product. I worked at DQ as a teen in school. Read moreThe food was good, but they forgot to put tomatoes on my burger which I paid an extra .40 for them. Also, Brittany C, she wasn’t very nice. She was rude and she has horrible customer service. She has no manners, and had an attitude while taking my order. Before my order was even taken I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before the girl at drive thru, saw us and had to ask for someone to come up and take our order. A older lady came in, and got her food and was trying to ask for sauce, and she said excuse me 4 or 5 times before anyone even heard her.
