ā ļøDISGUSTING SUBSā ļøA total waste of money. Highly disappointed. My parter and I ordered two subs to go and the entire staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. It was really apparent the whole time they all did not want to be there and this was evident in the way they treated customers and by the way they made our subs. We got home and our subs were made completely wrong. One sub only had one onion on it, was missing meat, had the wrong bread, missing cheese, bread was soaked, just a sloppy mess. Both subs were supposed to be hot subs and they werenāt at all. The second sub was soaked in meatball sauce, missing the second type of cheese I was charged extra for. We immediately called the store and took pictures to show them. The āmanagerā was put on the phone and I explained how wrong the subs were made and they had nothing to say. I just spent almost $40 on subs we canāt eat because they were made so sloppily and gross. He says ābring them back so we can see themā I tell him I live an hour away. He just says āok.ā I say, I have pictures, I can take videos, itās 8pm.. Thereās no other resolution other than me driving an hour back to fix THEIR mistake or losing my $40 and being out of luck for dinner tonight? He says no and hangs up. Very unhelpful, not apologetic at all. So, my partner and I loaded up our awful food and rushed out the house in our pjs to make it to the store before they closed at 9 even though weāre an hour down the road. We get there just in time and splay the nasty subs out on the counter for the manager to see and demand a refund. He says nothing, just promptly types on the computer to generate a refund receipt and hands it over and we leave. No other words were exchanged. He couldnāt have cared less. Our dinner was ruined because everything was closed by that time and we were out our gas and our time. So, needless to say, I will never be back to this location. Iāve eaten at other Firehouse subs locations plenty of other times and never has my experience been this awful. Usually the food and customer service is great. Here's our order, 3 sandwiches should be easy right??! small meatball, wheat, no cheese, extra meatballs. Med Club on a sub, wheat, no cheese. Md Hero, white, no onion, add cucumbers, olives & green peppers.
Here's what we got. Sm meatball wheat with extra meatballs on the side (thank God) & cheese(wrong)- sandwich is inedible as the person has lactose intorlerance.
Club on a sub, no cheese, on white (wrong) with olives (wrong) cucumbers (wrong) and green peppers (wrong) and missing the bacon. - inedible as the person hates olives and their taste.
Hero on wheat (wrong) with onion (wrong) & bacon (wrong) w/no extra toppings (wrong - missing cucumbers olives and peppers) the bread is also super soggy. - inedible as this person doesn't like onions & their taste & wet bread is gross.
$45 including door dash fees and tip... for a completely wrong order. Waste of money. Don't bother ordering from this place they ignore orders, make whatever they want, and send it. I don't know what happened between opening week and today but it's not good. My Old review: We were so excited to hear a Firehouse was going in! We've been here three times since they opened and every time has been good! The wait is a little long but that comes with new places. I'm sure they'll work it out and have the methods down in no time! Its not a sit down and be served type of place. I have high hopes for this place and all the complainers can leave, it'll keep the wait times down. Haha!

Ā Ā Ā Read moreLook! This was my first time coming to THIS firehouse but I have been to others. We ended up there in the 5-6pm hour. Follow me now. The team was atrocious. I feel sorry for the young lady that was stuck working there with those boys making the sandwiches. They were mixing up orders left and right and taking forever. At one point a customer even took another's sandwich by mistake and it wasn't figured out until the dine in customer was waiting there like 20 minutes and other people were getting their food that it was figured out and guess what ..The lady had to wait some more. SMH. My husband and I probably waited 30-40 and it was NOT super busy. It was a weeknight. That poor girl fought for her effing life trying to explain to customers the hold up without just flat out telling us that her team was purposely sabotaging her shift. That's what I started to think because she's the only female in there with a bunch of boys and they couldn't get their SHXT together. It's sandwich making, NOT rocket science.
She even went to them and let them know they were flat out taking too long per sandwich and NOTHING changed. Fire those slackers one by one starting with the slowest and give that girl the team she deserves.
