Never having been to a Blaze location before, I was still very familiar to the setup in either creating a custom pizza or choosing a standard one. Wanting to eat something I knew would be good, I ordered a basic menu option. However, even after stating I wanted this pre-determined option with nothing else added, the employee building my pizza just...didn't understand. It was a little odd. So with each step, I had to look up to the menu board to read the next ingredient the pizza was to have. This itself wasn't bad, but after sitting down to eat, I then noticed the each order is placed on top of a sheet that details each ingredient for an order to guide the employee building it very clearly. I'm not sure if the problem existed in a language barrier, or that the employee was new, or perhaps if this is normal. When ordering, I shuffled to the checkout space. During the checkout, I noticed that a wet floor sign was placed right in front of me. Beneath my feet, a gigantic mess. I'm not sure why someone felt it best to place a sign (not covering the spill, mind you) instead of mopping the mess up--and especially so for a space where every customer stands at. Blaze opts out of providing plastic straws. That's fine, I can get behind that all the way. However, the lids provided aren't great and do not make for easy drinking. I ended up altogether discarding my lid at the expense of having less of my beverage choice. I found it odd that, for a company with this ideology, there were still paper towels exclusive to restrooms for drying hands. Just seemed odd that hand dryers aren't offered. For the meal, it was good. Truthfully, it was what I expected, and for its cheap price and quick service, it's worth visiting. Largely, my experience just happened to encounter a few problems while noticing inconsistencies in practices.

We decided to give blaze pizza a try because I saw online they had gluten free pizza. In my mind, I assumed this place was going to be like mellow mushroom pizza and it is decidely not. I really don't care for the walk up and order and move down the line style these days. There was a lot of employees behind the counter and a lot of confusion and noise for a Wednesday night. Ordering a gluten free pizza seemed to throw the entire staff off of whatever game they had going on. They repeatedly asked us if the gluten free was a preference or for medical reasons (great!) But seemed very confused about how to handle it and we held up the line while they looked for a second dough. It is only a preference for us, so cross contamination is not an issue, but I'm not sure if I'd have confidence ordering if I were celiac from what I saw going on. The employees were mumbly and hard to understand, when they did speak and they seemed to all have an angry vibe going on with each other. Teamwork is not yet their thing. One of our pizzas was nearly dropped when being passed from one employee to another and had to be remade. Overall the pizza was under whelming ...burnt on edges and gummy in the middle. Salad was way over priced for what it was, oversaturated with dressing, and all rib pieces of lettuce. Maybe we will try them again in a year to see if they work out all their issues. Underwhelmed and disappointed were the words of the evening.

Yum! Great pizza and pricess aren't bad! Think Chipotle for pizza lovers. Crust is thin and toppings are generous but well portioned. They have some non-tomato sauces if you are allergic or just don't want red sauce. We got the simple, BBQ chicken, and the pesto. All were great! For lunch a family of 4, we got these 3 pizzas and ended up taking one half of each pizza home. We also tried the dough knots which were pretty good. Pretty much tasted like the pesto pizza with a marinera dipping sauce. The lemonade and the other aqua(?) drink were yummy, as well. They have new strawless cup lids since everyone is getting rid of drinking straws. They worked well, even for our not-so-careful 3 and 5 year olds. The seating area was very clean and the employees were all friendly and helpful. They have kids high chairs, in case you were wondering. We'll be back!

I’m beyond annoyed. I ordered 2 pizzas and 2 cheesy breads with 3 desserts. I sent my husband to get my order, he showed them the order summary they reassured them everything was included. Come to find out, I didn’t get half of my order. When I called to correct the issue i over heard someone say “just tell them you’re the manager and see what she wants”. After I explained the issue I got a “hey sorry come back.” I asked if they could deliver my food because I already came once and he said no. He also stated he was busy making dough because they ran out which doesn’t have anything to do with me but okay. My husband goes back to get my food which was dessert(cookie, brownie and s’mores pie) and salad that was supposed to have green olives and onions I got the wrong desserts and my salad was slimy didn’t have olives or onions. I work in customer service First, that’s not how you handle the situation as a “manager” and if someone is going to make a second stop by your store make sure you have the order right. I wouldn’t be exaggerating if I said this isn’t dominos or Pizza Hut quality pizza. Im not impressed with the quality of food or...
