Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Martinsburg

I have been ordering from this dominos for over 4 years. Sometimes as much as 4 times a week because I love their hot wings all flats. I ordered a week ago and placed my order for all flat hot wings as I always do and called them to let them know. For some reason the 'Manager' Lisa I believe her name was refused to give me what I ALWAYS ORDER WITH NO PROBLEM. Very unprofessional she was. A man delivered my food and told me he has no idea what her deal was and told me to order on his shift that Saturday because he would be manager on duty. He was nice so I tipped him 20 bucks. I used to be an AM at this store and dominos has always been and forever will be my favorite. But it’s different Ever since I stopped working there and making my own food dominos hasn’t been the same. I reached expectations and ever since I haven’t been able to make my own food dominos has disappointed. The only reason I like the thin crust pizza is for the oregano and I also love their ranch dipping cups. And yet again I have received neither. Went there yesterday between 4 and 5 PM on Sunday, September 28 I was ordering my food was changing my mind. The manager waited on me Brianna she was really rude disrespectful. She threw my money back at me. I’ve been coming to this Domino’s since 2016. I feel some kind of way. I would not recommend this place to nobody for customer service or management.
