Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Martinsburg

Usually this Starbucks location is good but the experience this time wasn't. The young Lady who waited on us seemed as if she really didn't want to be there. She didn't listen to our orders and made both my wife and my drinks wrong. My wife asked for a decaf coffee (hot) and received an ice coffee and I ordered a vanilla bean with soy milk (no whipped cream) and received something (not sure what it was) that tasted like nothing I've ever gotten before (I always order vanilla bean) and it had whipped cream on it and not sure if I got the soy milk (because of the way I'm feeling this morning). When the young lady was told about my wife's coffee she stated, "well I didn't know " and never offered to make it right, my coffee was extremely sweet and usually it's not. My wife and I actually tossed our drinks about half through drinking them. Bad...

The Starbucks inside Martin’s is one of my favorite stops—mainly because of the amazing staff! They’re always super friendly, welcoming, and upbeat. Even when it’s busy, they get drinks out quickly and they’re always made perfectly. You can tell they care about doing a great job. Most of the time this Starbucks is decent however the last 3 times I’ve been here and ordered Frapuccino’s they aren’t sweet at all, actually bitter. They are definitely missing a step in the process, I come from an era where we taught to never send food back and complain so I didn’t complain. I won’t be back though for a good while.
