Ordered a pizza, crazy bread, wings, and a soda online. My husband went at time order was supposed to be ready. He gets to store and lady said our order was not ready. He was told to wait. My husband was taking forever so I called him and he said noone had gotten back to him. He is way more patient than me because I wouldn't have waited so long without asking for update. I called and lady that answered phone said that orders were disappearing off screen but that she did remember seeing my name or something like that. She said she could start order now. I was like ok do we get a discount or anything. She said no, you can get a refund but no food or I can start your order now. I asked to speak to manager. She said she was the general manager and that she could only do one option or the other. She could not give us discount or anything free despite my husband waiting over an hour and them still not having started on our order. I asked for her first name and she refused to give it. I said I don't go seeking for free food but the way she was acting, not getting back to my husband, and waiting over an hour and still not having order started, called for something. I suggested she should be writing down orders if they were disappearing especially if customer went in and let them know what they had ordered. I have e-mail that order went through and that I was charged. She could have asked husband for proof that we ordered and paid. I ended up just cancelling order and going elsewhere. This could have definitely been handled better and avoided this preggo mom from getting real upset. Paid for and went out to my car and realize they didnāt give me marinara sauce that I paid for, so I decided to look at my order and so glad I did because it was round instead of square like Cheese bread is supposed to be . Very small and burned all around the edges. I go back inside to show them how bad it was burned, They called the manager out and she didnāt even look at it she yells back to the workers make two more cheese bread because theyāre saying this one is burned. I said I would like to have two more made but I feel I should get a refund because I had to wait another 20 minutes for it to be done. So they gave me the refund and a lady came out and asked me what I was waiting for I said 2 cheese bread orders, she said well you just got a refund for two I said I know but I feel I should get two free from all this hassle. She goes back and tells the manager and I and two other people waiting on orders heard the manager yell hell no she isnāt getting nothing for free. So she sends the lady back out to tell me I wasnāt getting nothing for free and I asked to speak to the manager the lady said she isnāt coming out I said what is her name the lady said we canāt give you her name. The app says will be done around 607. So Iām using the tracker my pizza does even go into the oven till 608. Thatās fine plenty of warning that itās not ready. I sit in my car and it says pizza ready. I get there look at the online board my names not there. The guy says they are far behind and ask what everyoneās name was. I see thereās pizza in slots that arenāt online. The guy goes back to the back and they bring pizza up for people who arenāt even there. Now itās like 7 pm and the guy walks out again.
