Please share this post!!! I went to Taco Bell on Edwin Miller last night. Tired and wanting to get home, I quick glanced in my bag and assumed everything was there (big mistake I know). Upon getting home I find part of my order missing. I called the woman rudely said they were “to busy and I do not have time to talk” and hung up on me. I called back, the manager then hung up on me. I went back to get what food I was missing. Upon arriving I overheard the employees talking rudely about customers and being rude to customers in the store. The manager stated this was the fifth order that was messed up. The dessert I ordered was not made; they did not tell the manager, and they did not tell me upon ordering. They charged me and hoped I would not complain. I noticed the store to be unclean. There was food and paper all on the floor, even a dirty USED glove on the counter on top of the sauces, no napkins. Another customer was looking for napkins when he asked the employee just stood there. So I asked the manager for napkins and she said oh we don’t have any. The rudeness, the disrespect, bad attitude and no-one...

The dining room and bathrooms have always been clean much cleaner so than I oft encountered at other fast food establishments.
Food quality is consistently on the upside. Though once again I do encounter the rare exception with a cracked taco or a gap in the folds of a crunchwrap; all minor inconveniences that do not diminish the flavor of the order.
The staff flows to work readily, helping to expedite preparation in the event of a backup at the drive-thru. However, this shift of front-end personnel can create a minor wait (maxing out at a minute and change or so) for dine-in customers.
All in all, it's probably the best fast food dine-in experience I've had in years. I'm pleased to have this Taco Bell location as a staple of my...
Read moreWish i could say this place was good. It was a couple months ago but now they are struggling to keep with orders at night. Only come here during the day once the sun sets its like a Zombie taco bell were the employees refuse to clean the taco railings, slim portions, wet hard shell tacos, meat smelling like strong body odor, the lettuce is wet and wilting, and the burritos are mostly tortilla and look like mini burritos. What a joke.
Whats even worse is i went to one in jeffersonville indiana they had no baja blast, no nacho fries, fryer was down, yet they made better tacos and burritos with the right portions and fresh ingredients it tasted on a whole different level than in martinsburg WV. Next time i visit the taco bell in martinsburg im going to ask them to please clean their railings, use fresh ingredients, and make my food right. Ill wait the extra 15minutes i shouldnt have...
