Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Martinsville

I only ever order from Dominos. I just moved to Martinsville not even 2 weeks ago & this is our 3rd time ordering from here. I ordered online, then called up to the store to tell them I forgot all I have is $100 bill & to make sure my delivery driver knew. It’s literally all I have to my name. Whoever it was that answered the phone was so rude to me over it. Is $100 bill not the same as if I had $100 in mixed bills? Is my money not good enough for you? Like I said this is the 3rd order they’ve gotten from me inside two weeks, but this was enough to make me purchase elsewhere from now on. He wouldn’t even say bye - he just hung up on me. You could just hear the disdain in his voice. He didn’t try to hide it in the least.

If i could give one star I would. Ordered a Philly cheesesteak pizza and parm bread bites with the cheese dip and it is the worst I’ve ever had. My pizza was burnt and dry and the toppings were beyond shriveled and obviously past use date (not fresh at all), my bread bites barely had any Parmesan on them and the dip wasn’t even a quarter of the way full in the pan. For a $30 order they only wanted to credit me back $10 and wouldn’t even get a manager on the phone to make it right. Loved this place when it opened and ordered here allllll the time. Worst customer service I have ever gotten from a pizza shop. Manager was very rude. They made the completely wrong pizza and told me to bring it all the way back to them 12 miles from the pizza shop to remake it. The manager needs to be fired Because he obviously does not like his job. Even talked badly about Domino’s ! I’ve never had anyone talk to me that’s in customer service so disrespectful in my life. Definitely fighting words for sure ! I pray they will get there issues worked out and get better people to...
