Food was decent, will definitely try again. But the service was quite bad… took a while to get service, and then our food was wrong multiple times. Ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich that came plain. She took it back and they poured Buffalo on it (menu says tossed) but no blue cheese which is also listed on menu. Several other things as well… appears they need more servers and better training all around. Hope they get it together bc poor service will kill a place in this town. Also so odd that the point of sale/receipts still say 21 North. Unprofessional and disrespectful to the deceased previous owner… it’s been well over a year, they surely can take care of this minor detail. Karaoke looked fun for the few who participated, but oh my it was so loud. I hope I can amend this review after...

Did a carryout order about 10pm. Got to the hotel after dealing with power loss at home, and the Main Stree Mac we were looking forward to was just sad. No Bacon on it at all, the mac-n-cheese is stiff gelatinous and bland, the patty seemed old and dried out, and there was no Lettuce tomato pickle like the menu said was on all burgers. Definitely not what I saw on their page. Also got the ribeye sandwich. It was as advertised. Could benefit from maybe a pickle and fresh veg to break up the saltiness. Hot pretzel bites were creamy and seemed mostly just cream cheese with a little spice. I understand it's later in the evening, but the fail on the main street mac will not have us returning. $15 for old mac-n-cheese and a burger patty worse than McDonald's is just...

Tenderloin is great, Pizza good, taco bar was over priced and lukewarm, had bad tasting melted cheese. Just don’t get it. I did not like the ribeye sandwich, meat was thin fatty, and worse yet it tasted like leftover reheated meat. Wondering if it wasn’t left over prime rib recycled into a sandwich. My friend had mother liked their Philly beef and cheese. Has cool atmosphere but, servers wear their own clothes and they really look shabby, like they just got off the couch came in wearing old tee shirt and yesterdays jeans it would make it more upscale if they just wore some type of uniform Like tan pants and blue shirt.
