Watch your bank account after eating at this establishment. Went in for lunch 2 adults buffets. Left came home never paid much attention to what was charged until I logged into my banking app (40.89). I called up there immediately to see if it could be resolved and the manager on the end was very apologetic and said he would handle it. I gave it until the following week to see if our money was back on the account and it was not. I called back up there and the gentleman seemed irriated almost as it was my fault. He proceeded to tell me he thought the gm reached out and I explained to him I haven't spoken to anyone. He then told me the gm had quit and a new lady was just starting that day and he would have her call me back. I waited a few hours and the phone rang it was the new gm calling me. When I answered the phone it was immediate attitude from this woman you could not even get a word in edge wise she then proceeded to tell me she had already spoken to me and told me she said I have told you to call your bank! Well if this is her first day in the new position how did I already speak to her? Her attitude was off the charts and she decided to hang up on me. It took me calling corporate to get some kind of help. I am not understanding why the attitude and almost seemed as if this was my fault!? We had a nice lunch we were in and out it's mind blowing. I will never be back to this establishment what's also sad is we drive 35 mins out of our way to frequent this place often and now my child won't get to eat it again. Sad to see this business have people like this...
Read moreI am posting this from my friends email, however I’d like to state that I worked here for a month or so. How any one could stay any longer is beyond me. I’ve dealt with a severe lack of training ( the only “training” I received was my first day for 15 minutes by someone that had only been there two or three shifts before my first shift) the rest of the time I was left in the dark. Child labor laws were broken, verbal abuse was occurring and it was all apparently my fault despite I was trying as hard as I could to learn everything by myself. Despite my previous experience on register at Dairy Queen I was not prepared for this. It’s hardly “kid friendly” the fact that we usually only hire young females is sketchy. The environment for work is horrible in general it’s a terrible place to be employed. I will be contacting corporate to possible take farther action. I should’ve been trained properly I shouldn’t be blamed for everything that my managers and owner of the business failed to do. I don’t suggest ever working here. If you do good luck. I’m part of the reason they’re looking for a new evening cashier. Don’t fall for it, don’t take the job unless you absolutely have to and boy do I hope they pick up their game after my departure.
I just wanted everyone to know that I absolultely loved my customers, the family I got most attached to came in fairly often. No ice in their drinks besides one. Depending on if that person was with them. If I cared for you guys at any point as a cashier at this place I wanted to thank my customers you all...
Read moreIf you have only tried Gatti's buffet, you must order a pizza to go. Totally different. You get plenty of toppings that way and the slices aren't tiny. They are a bit sauce happy... so I tell them light on the sauce. The thin crust is better too. I am not a buffet person... so I usually order a pizza instead. If you like buffet, they will cook any type of pizza you request for the buffet while you are there... you just have to beat the stampede when they call it out. Nice salad bar, also have spaghetti, alfredo, soup, mac n chz, cinnamon rolls and dessert pizzas. Party rooms available. We have had our daughter's birthday party there almost every year. No charge to reserve the room. There is a large one and a smaller one. ...
