From the moment we walked in the door until the moment we left, Tad’s Tavern made us feel truly welcome. We were lucky enough to catch a solo jazz guitarist playing live, which set the perfect mood for the evening. Our waitress was exceptional—she orchestrated the entire dining experience flawlessly, balancing professionalism with warmth and attentiveness.

The food was absolutely delicious, prepared with care and served at just the right pace. The atmosphere was calming and casual, with a peaceful energy that allowed us to fully enjoy each other’s company over a well-cooked meal.

I’m especially grateful to find a place like this in Martinsville. Normally, I’d have to drive 45 minutes to Greensboro for an extraordinary dining experience, but Tad’s Tavern proves that fine dining, great music, and genuine hospitality can be found right here at home. A true gem— i’ll...

Hubby planned date night for us at the TAD Tavern last night and let me tell you, I had a great time! The space is beautiful, the vibe was giving grown and sexy, and the food and drinks were delicious. For starters we ordered the stuffed jumbo shrimp and lamb chops as the appetizer(the lamb chops could of definitely been the entree) and for our entree, babe got the Mediterranean Salmon with asparagus and mashed potatoes and I got the shrimp Alfredo, all of it was delicious! Wayne Draper and Hasan walked around greeted every table and was hands on with everything. I was very impressed, it was what I expected and more. A nice space, good food and drinks, a wonderful atmosphere and a sexy husband, what more could you ask for!😁💜. This will be our new hang out spot! Lol😁...

We absolutely enjoyed our early date night tonight at Tad Tavern! The food was delicious, the server was attentive, the drinks were good and strong, and the food came out fast! We love the fact that the menu offerings are not your ordinary fare, but Instead it’s something different! The aesthetics and ambience is top-tier and it’s perfect for an intimate date night. The soft jazz music was perfect! We will definitely be back! So glad that there is a more upscale restaurant choice locally here in Martinsville! Love it! Definitely grown folk vibes!
