Ordered our food through the Wendy's app and when we arrived to the restaurant we let them know that we were there to pick up a mobile order.when we arrived at the window the gentleman who was serving asked us if we wanted crackers with our chili however we didn't order chili and when he began to hand us the bag of food I said are you sure that you have the right order we ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a single with no cheese.his response was yes I'm sorry I was looking at another order this is the correct food for you. I again asked are you sure and another employee behind him confirmed to him that it was our correct order. Upon arriving home we opened our sandwiches and neither one of them were correct.well mistakes happen The fact that I asked for confirmation two times at the window that we had the correct order and I was assured that we did was very frustrating to say the least. For two meals being over $17 for fast food and then to get home and find that you have something you can't eat very frustrating. When I called to speak to the manager rather than offering a solution I was told well all I do is bag the food and make sure it's correct. With that statement apparently that wasn't happening.The fact that we ordered with the mobile app and were able to be very specific about our order which eliminated the possibility of it being taken incorrectly at the time that we arrived one would think that the correct order would be produced when we picked it up unfortunately that was...
Read moreWe came here while working on our way to Bloomington. It was about 8:45 and there were several cars in the drive-thru. We walked in just as the doors were locked and a note placed on the door said the dining room was closed due to short staffing. There were only 4 people in the kitchen running around like chickens with their heads were cut off. I only waited maybe two minutes to get my order taken. The guy running register was obviously stressed, and let me tell you, he was kicking ass. He was pleasant, but very matter of fact. I gave him my order and moved on. I watched the 4 total crew members working their butts off and absolutely killing it. The fries? Hot AF and delicious. I had the asiago chicken sandwich. It was fresh. It was hot (even after waiting until my fries were gone), and the sandwich was built to perfection. I would expect a certain level of sloppy because of how busy and how fast they were moving but this sandwich knocked it out of the park. The lettuce, the bacon, the chicken was all aligned and placed perfectly on the bun. I'm here to tell you I'll be back for sure. Read moreI am normally not the person to write a poor review however, we had a simple order for breakfast and we felt pushed while deciding and trying to give our order. We get to the window and we have to clarify what our order is because we were being pushed earlier. We had to ask for our card back because she didn’t give it back so at this point we looked at our food feeling that our order was wrong and it was. We are getting quite annoyed at this point because it was a simple order. We tried to go inside to fix our order and the doors were locked even though the doors were supposed to be opened. We finally got attention of someone to open the door and we walk up to the counter no eye contact nothing. I had to raise my voice to get someone to acknowledge that I was there. The communication between the workers was not good at all we had to talk to three different people to get one sandwich which they still got wrong. At that point my family was so upset that we took the wrong sandwich and left. One our worst experiences but sadly not surprised as this wasn’t our first bad experience at martinsville Wendy’s....
