This is the worst service I got from any &Pizza location. On multiple occasions, Six of my friends and I have been subjected to extremely rude and disrespectful behavior from the manager Vica. She not only refuses to provide basic customer service when we go there once or twice a week but also exhibited unprofessional conduct towards us telling us to look for service elsewhere.

She wasn't able to communicate with us so I requested contact information for higher management to address concerns which she declined to provide any details.

The situation escalated today when this manager named Vica accused us of inappropriate behavior, specifically of using water cups for soda from the machine, which is completely false. As professionals who value integrity and respect, we found these accusations deeply offensive and unwarranted. Furthermore, her demeanor was hostile and confrontational throughout our interaction. As loyal customers, it is disheartening to be treated with such disrespect when we are simply seeking to enjoy a service we pay for. We believe that such conduct is not reflective of the values upheld by &Pizza. It is deeply concerning that such a rude and disrespectful individual continues to represent your company, especially in a managerial role. If here was any star lower than Zero, this branch deserves it just because of how this manager Vica handles her customers. The rest of the crew is very polite, cooperative, communicate well and do their jobs right but whenever we go to this location during Vica's shift, she always mistreats me...

Extremely pleased with the food and service at this new location of &pizza. If you have as good of an experience as I did -- or thoughts for improvement -- please text &pizza at 20003 to show your support. Someone actually texted me back and, based on one of my conversations with the staffers, it is one of the best ways you can support your local chain.

Crispy thin crust is my least favorite style of pizza dough and, from pictures, it looks like these pizzas can easily be burned to a crisp. Happy to report that this wasn't my experience and, in fact, the dough was quite fluffy! Moreover, I actually wanted to eat it all, even the crust, because it was intentionally seasoned. Highly recommend the white pizza and the parmesan romano sauce in particular. Tastiest white sauce I've ever had at a BYO pizza chain.

Shout out to Mariama, the staff member who put my pizza together. She was literally bent over placing the toppings on my pizza like it was a work of art -- and it was! Every square inch was full of meat, cheese, and veggies. She and others were also patient friendly in spite of me asking for repetition about five times because I couldn't hear over the music and masks.

Finally, the facility was squeaky clean. Despite the chaos of in-person and online ordering, the food prep area was compartmentalized, surfaces wiped down, and constructed in a way to promote good flow from one station...

We've ordered the same pizza several times in the past year - always pleased with the quality and quantity of topping on the 3peat. Tonight, the pizza was handed to our tween 15 minutes late, lukewarm, labeled as what we ordered: but instead of 3 meats BOTH pies had a half dozen slices of pepperoni and were already oily. I don't know who got our pies.

But what's ending our purchases in future: when I went to the website (there is no phone obviously available for questions or complaints) the dude on the chat told me "sorry about that" and thanked me for calling the low quality service and wrong food to their attention. I asked for a refund - they could have looked at their own timelog and cameras, but they wanted me to do quality control and send them a photo - I don't have a phone that does that - to give me back my money spent to quality check their store.

Manny and Olga are a block away. Whenever there's a problem, it's made right immediately. We drove downtown and double parked waiting for a disappointing dinner with Grandma. Manny and Olga are a better value for my dollar - and they have a phone they answer. My tweenaged grandsons like the vibe of &Pizza - I won't spend more of my money at a franchise joint with no concern about...
