The food here is fresh and tasty-my favorite flavor is Honey Lemon Pepper & I like that I can order all flats, even though there's an additional fee for getting them that way! I would like to say that the girl who took our order was kind when we got our food and asked if we wanted a bag & any sauces, which was thoughtful, because if we had wanted some, we may have forgotten. That being said...as someone who has been in customer service for all of my professional life and who trains people in this field, I was not only upset by the service I received, but also observed another customer who came in and had to wait uncomfortably, for several minutes for the girl taking orders to finish talking with her boyfriend before she even acknowledged her. I was very surprised by her behavior towards the customer. While we were there eating, the girl was standing around, flirting with her boyfriend, which is unprofessional and inappropriate. We were also ordering a second meal to take with us and she was so distracted and giggling about whatever her boyfriend was doing that she wasn't paying attention and she rang up our order incorrectly(double what we asked for). I had to walk away and let my fiance deal with it because he has more patience for nonsense & my customer service manager self wanted to educate her around putting her customers first, but it's not my place. That's why I am writing this review. Also, I'm seeing a bit of a pattern here in your reviews...seems like this is an ongoing issue that needs to be addressed with some kind of formal documented coaching, which includes the cashier being told that her boyfriend is not allowed to loiter while she is on the clock. Read moreIm not gonna lie, y’all have banging ass food! I’ve only heard of your location like 3 weeks ago & we constantly come. Every time I visit now tho, I get more & more disgusted. I understand it may be difficult to find reliable help, kids these days do not want to work. They want everything given to them.
With that being said, I believe the owner or appropriate person needs to re-think your front end staff. The way they carry them-self(s) is not welcoming for your business. They always seem like you are bothering them when you ask for something. The constant carrying on in the front is unprofessional also. I’ve seen them standing around carrying on when the tables are dirty in the lobby. There’s trash on the floor. The soda counter is sticky. Trash could go out. As a business owner myself this would make me very upset & worried if my customers are receiving proper service.
I would highly suggest some Customer Service Education for these girls.

I waited at the counter for a while before someone came from the back, and honestly the place itself didn’t have a great atmosphere. The ice machine was also out of ice, so that was kinda saddening. When my order was finished the guy opened the container, showed me the food, and asked if everything looked fine. I didn’t necessarily mind this, although I have to wonder if they get complaints often that would lead them to do that?
Well thankfully, my worries ended with the food. The wings were actually really good, better than ones I’ve gotten at other ABW before.
