I came into the store because I saw online that this store carried retro items. I asked for return policy just because I had a hunch the consoles wouldn’t work. I bought two retro consoles, and a game for each. I was told by Travis that I “qualified” for free game-stop pro membership, which I thought was too good to be true. I said sure. I get home and just as I expected the two consoles did not work. To be more specific I bought a fat PS2, which interior power supply issues. I also bought a N64 that just wouldn’t display anything. Before walking out of the store I was told I would get every penny back. As I was looking at the receipt I noticed I was CHARGED for the Pro membership. I go back to the store to return the trash and get hit with “looks like you will get all your money back except the pro membership” I looked at him and asked if the “free” pro membership was just BS and with a stupid look on his face he said “well yes and no”. Not only was I charged for Pro membership but this guy set me up for AUTO-RENEWAL. If I could give 0 stars I would. This man pretty much stole close to $30 from me just to meet his...
Read moreAgreeing with the person below me.....horrible customer service. There is a short haired blonde older woman who has no idea what says doing and SHES THE MANAGER. Then there is an employee named "josh" black hair goatee white guy who literally talked to me as if I was causing him trouble and I was 14. Far from that....Asked a few questions and each reply was a short one word reply with the "please get out of my store attitude" . I used to go there a lot before both those people started there.
The few things they had going for them was the bigger store so they had a wider selection then the next closest GameStop. They also had a younger blonde working there for awhile. She was pretty and very knowledgable about the games. Also there is a guy named Kevin, black gentleman he's been there for a good while never had any problems with him very chill dude.

I was sitting across the street at the gas station pumping gas getting the info to continue to my next location if it’s unavailable. So I’m on hold for three mins until I finished pumping and pull up to the front of the GameStop store. I hang up and go inside, the store is empty, NOT ONE CUSTOMER but I hear someone talking. She never even came out when I entered. I called while standing at the counter she didn’t come out or answer the phone! Finally two mins later she appears and I inform her tht I was just placed on hold and you don’t even have customers youre on your cellphone in the back.
