So I just got home from this restaurant and let me tell you. The food is good but the reason why I’m leaving this review was because of the young guy who couldn’t do his job right and take responsibility for not doing a simple job correct. He places blame on the customer. I came in with my son and I placed my order and at the time it wasn’t that busy. It didn’t get busy until a little after I came in. So I was waiting and I noticed the back window opened and two boxes of food was placed out and I figured it was mine but at the time it got busy so no got to handing out the order. So I waited and when the young guy finally checked the order he looked and I said was it #133 and walked up and it was. He showed me the food and handed me the bags and then left. But he forgot to ask me if I wanted ranch or blue cheese with my wings because whenever I go there they always ask that. So I went back to the counter because I figured maybe they charged now. So I asked if they charged now and the older guy looked at me confused and I asked again and then he said “ he didn’t give you sauce?” And I said no but I played it down saying he must have forgot trying to be nice and understanding because they were busy and then he asked the guy if he gave me sauce and then the guy looked like he got caught stealing and gonna say “she didn’t ask for any” I’m like what!!! I looked at the older because I was about to be rude but decided to not let someone like that get me outta character and it wasn’t worth causing a scene over. But my goodness! Read moreI had I give 5 stars so people can see this... I tried this place in White Oak, MD and fell in love with the food. This location however has THE WORST customer service I've ever experienced in life!!! Like.. it's pathetic... the tall black guy is the only one who greets customers, and is polite. The girl that works there is CONSANTLY on her phone.. or talking to her friends who come to the store and hangout... I've walked in multiple times, and they just look at me...no greeting... no smiles... no nothing. The girl one time brought my food, and had her phone next to my food, texting while she was serving me!!! I called my order in and the girl answered.. when I told her my name, I said "Dee" she asked, "Bee?" I said "no, D as in David.." se then says "Ight G..." and Hangs up the phone!
I went in the other day to ask for the manager, and come to find out, the manager is one of the rude unprofessional people I was going to tell about!! Like who's in charge of this place? Is there a GM or and OWNER I can talk to, because it's ridiculous how I have to change my lunch spot because of such terrible customer service. If you're going there to get food. EXPECT...

Me and my husband went there and ordered wings - husband ordered 2 boneless meals. The manager, Ms. Jane, made 2 bone-in meals. When my husband told them that the order was wrong, they literally said “oh well”. They refused to make the correct order, and refused to issue a refund. Basically, the manager said “take what you get”.
I’m really not one to complain or leave negative reviews - but when I spend $41 on 2 wing meals - and they’re made wrong and literally nothing is done to rectify, I have an issue with that. The manager refused to come speak with me (I’m literally 2 weeks or less away from giving birth, so I pose no physical threat to anyone), refused to provide the name of the store owner or any corporate information. She locked the door to the back room and said she was busy.
Overall terrible service and experience. I would never go back to that store again. I feel like they do this all the tome to people, but they will never get another penny of my money.
