&pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

So I will start by apologizing for forgetting to take pictures LOL.

What I love about &Pizza is they are consistently consist. This location just opened and it is bright, cle, efficient and consistent with their brand.

We have been eating at &Pizza since the first one opened on H St in DC. Tonight's Pizza was as good as when we stumbled upon this unexpected delight so many years ago.

I ordered the Create Your Own Pizza. Classic tomato sauce, shredded blend amd mozzarella, with pepperoni, Italian Sausage, and Bacon with Spinach. Their oven cooked the pizza to a golden brown perfection. Finished it off with feta cheese and fig Balsamic glazed. It was so tasty I ate it before I realized I hadn't taken one picture. If you have had &pizza before then coming to this location will not disappoint.

Now the line was long and wrapped around the outside of the building due to social distancing and this was their second day open in Laut. Obviously everyone else waiting were fans as well.

My Wife ordered the same pizza just about without the bacon and she finished with basil pesto sauce and grated Parmigiano.

I ordered the Garlic knots becaI hadn't had theirs before. Man O man those things were cheesy, crispy, soft, flavorful and oh so good. I didn't even use the sauces that came with them. They were perfect and made fresh at the same time our pizzas were getting made.

Do yourself a favor and go get in line and get you a pizza and some Garlic knots.

The team inside were nice and fast wit getting your order together. I enjoyed my experience...

The pizza is very good. Have had multiple issues over the past 6 months . On one occasion a customer walked past my fiance and elbowed her very hard right in front of the staff and tried starting a fight with her for no reason and the staff did not!;!! Another time they seemed mad because of the topping s we were asking for was to much work for them. Then got nasty when asked for extra cheese saying that it was extra. Well it never was before and didn't have anything posted about it. Regardless agreed to pay extra so when the pizzas came out of the oven ours sat there while pizzas that went in after ours were taken care of and paid and left. Now tonight she was walking in and there was a person panhandling outside of the establishment asking everyone that entered for money. Well 5 minutes after my fiance was in line the panhandling came in from break and then went back to work behind the counter. How does a business let their employees on their break panhandle outside of their establishment and is let alone on the clock and go back in so the customers see the person cooking there food. I personally will never spend another dollar at this location which sucks because it is close to home and I really enjoy the food but there's been nothing but problems in the past 6 months in that place maybe poor management not sure but it is going downhill is nothing like the other locations I've been to hopefully it helps to you fix and make it better have...

We were the only two people in the restaurant, my order number was 4 so it clearly wasn't a busy day yet. We made two separate orders at the kiosk, my partner got his order, and I stood at the counter waiting for mine assuming it would be out in a minute. It wasn't. I stood there patiently waiting, and after my partner finished eating I asked for a refund since I'm clearly not getting my order.

They finally decided it's a good time to tell me that my pie got stuck and then ASKED if I wanted it remade!!! Unpack that for a moment; they waited for me to come and request the food I already ordered and paid for instead of telling me there was an issue when it happened. No, I don't want you to remake it now after my partner is already done when and ready to leave, what the hell is wrong with you‽‽

I asked for my money back and the manager on duty couldn't figure out how to do it, so after a few minutes of waiting for this dunce to fiddle with the register, they finally decided to call someone on the phone for help. I gave up. I'm going to have my credit card company charge it back for fraud. ➡️Close this location, these idiots can't handle the basics of their jobs. ⬅️
