Let me start by saying this Little Caesars is usually pretty good. Pizza is ready on time, everything is pretty much as you’d expect from a cheap pizza place. However, this is the 2nd time we’ve ordered the deep dish pizza and the dough is raw. Perhaps they should rebrand it as “Partially Prepared Pizza.” If you’re bored, or if you need something to do, you can order this pizza and cook it in your own oven for 20 minutes. Or “Hot and Not-So Ready”? I don’t think Gordon Ramsey would like this pizza very much.. because.. you know. In all seriousness, it’s pretty gross and eating uncooked dough can make you sick. The texture at first makes you think it’s really weird cheese, so it’s easy not to catch it and eat the whole piece. I actually ate half of a piece the first time this happened before I realized it was raw. I’m assuming it’s because it’s thicker than their other pizzas and they may just throw it in on the same setting when it might need to cook longer. So yeah, just watch out and make sure your pizza is cooked.

So I requested for my pizza to be cut in squares and the cashier acted like i asked for something foreign. Said they don't cut the pizzas in squares. Started offering me the deep dish and thin crust which makes no sense BC you still cutting them into squares.. When I told him I wanted the regular pizza cut into squares...he said OK. When it came time for pick up I can hear him and a female worker talking about my order. He tells her I wanted it squares she questions him. He comes out with my order saying they cut it the regular way anyway. Am I annoyed?..yes I am. First little Caesar's that acted like cutting a pizza into squares was so complicated to do. All the others I gone to have cut it with no problems and if they "accidentally" still cut it the regular way, they always made another one the way I asked and offered something for the wait. 2 stars because At least the pizza was hot. *editing to add second pic* Since when y'all stopped asking names? He really put dreads ...

It's been a few months since I stopped in any LC for a HNR. First, its 55 cents more. Second, it wasn't ready and I had to wait 10 minutes. (Time on receipt until time I took picture.) So I'm not exaggerating. Third, I asked for a sauce since I had to wait, the manager denied that. I asked for some napkins, they didn't have any. Finally, when I opened the box, it was underbaked, flat crusted with big bubbles of air dough. -----LC is trying to expand with multiple toppings, stuff crust, and create your own...but you're not keeping the basics straight. Next time, I'll spend the extra $1 for Papa's and $2 for Domino's.

Staff is not following hygiene protocol. We went in yesterday, July 1st, 2018 at around 8:30pm. There were 3 men working and 1 woman. Non of them were wearing gloves. The only woman working was switching from cash register to making pizza. Not only was she not wearing gloves, but she wasn’t washing her hands in between switching positions. She went from helping make a pizza to the register and then went and started rubbing a pepperoni, putting something on it I guess. Also, she gave me attitude and then went up to the guy that was working on the pizzas and started talking badly about me to him. The guy making the pizza dropped a condiment and just picked it up and kept on using it. When it dropped, it landed on the area where the condiment comes out. The wait was ridiculous...we didn’t even get taken care off. But I’m glad they made us wait, because what I saw was disgusting. The floor in the back where they were cooking was really dirty. The other customers were confused about what was going on, another one came in and left because she said “they don’t know what they’re doing today”. We left too. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Everything I’ve expressed in this paragraph is true; you can check the cameras for reference. I hope the issue gets resolved as soon as possible, if not I’ll have to go somewhere else for...
