China Express — Restaurant in Laurel

So disappointed we had purchased some food here before and I happened to had a hair in my food . When I call I told the lady and she said to me , she said there was no need for me to come back with the food just next time when I order to let her know and I will get her free meal for what happened. Well today we ordered food from there and who ever Answer the phone was very rude didnt have no patience seem like she was having a bad day. When my husband picked up the food she was very Nasty to him and told him nothing is free and America and told him nothing is free in America smh , When I called them I remind them and they said that I will get one free meal that was the only reason why he asked what was the total there was no need for her to get smart and nasty. So I decided to call her and ask her what happened and why she was so nasty ? I told her that I was going to post it up on how rude she was to me and she said she didn't care about me post this up . I told her I will let everyone know how the customer service is there she told me do whatever you want to I don't care and she hung up the phone at me . They will never See me there no more. It is really sad how people don't care about your feelings when they are in the wrong. Just try to be more cleaner why would they be hair on your food.. I don't recommend this place you're paying your money and you're getting treated...

I usually order from China Express at least twice a month, but today was my final order. I ordered broth and it was filled with sodium. Can you see the sodium floating in the bottom of this container? It tastes like Salt water and it even smells like salt water. I called and spoke with the manager, she had the audacity to tell me they do not add sodium to the soups and it’s not salty because they tasted it. This is not good for the community. I’m sure we all know, that too much sodium equals heart disease, and heart disease equals stroke, CHINA EXPRESS SOUPS IS THE SILENT KILLER IN COMMUNITY. I come here often, but not after today. I came in and looked at the paper menu on the counter and it said 10 wings cost $13.75. I always get rang up immediately after I order, but this time she said to pay when they're done and to come back in about 10 minutes. I waited and came back in and she charged me $18 something. While I was in my car, she taped up a new sign on the glass with new prices and charged me $17.75 plus tax. Refused to honor the price it was before she put up the sign and refused a refund. Never going back...
