I have been coming here for years, 10 to be exact. The new management that took over "Travelodge" is awful. When it was Knights Inn i never had any issues. I checked into a room yesterday and for the first time at this location, the receptionist was aggressively rude. I accidentally slid my DL across the counter 'too fast' and the girl became enraged. She berated me about respect and mansplained how to give her the ID. I literally told her "sorry it was an accident" 3 times and this witch kept on arguing. I even told her 3x that I didn't want to argue with her and she continues to keep whining. I never understood when a man says "women want the last word" but now I totally understand. This girl is literally the personification of male bias. It was absolutely horrific to meet this child. i tried multiple times to diffuse her enragement but nothing worked. I'm a woman too and I never behave like this. Accidents happen, people say sorry. The end. The old management knows me and would have never been this worked up over a mistake. I've spend hundreds of dollars here. Because of this arrogant stuck up girl I won't be spending a cent here again. But besides that if you have money go to Motel 6 because they have Cameras everywhere and is more secure than this place. Read moreWell when I entered the hotel there was a sign on the window that said that the cable and internet were not working but they were working on it. So before paying I aske is the internet and TV still not working. The two ladies in the office said yes and then started mumbling to each other. So I asked if they wanted me to take down the sign. They sort of ignored my question and said they would take care of it. I should have left right then! When I got to my room I checked the tv immediately and it was working. So I went to get some dinner and when I returned NO TV OR INTERNET. I called the office and they said it was being worked on. I called later that night and then early in the morning I called to explain how unfair it was that I paid full price and didn't get the service expected. The new person on the morning shift kept repeating a story about the sign. Lousy customer service, crappy hotel, towels were paper thin and the stay was no where near the $91.00 they charged me. Read moreTe staff had poor customer service, they were not welcomed to our stay. There is people living there who is always fight at night, they are very noisy and they don’t care about the time they will knock the door at 4 am so loud and is the same every night and front desk does not do anything about it, first day we check in there was a lady calling 911 and police and firefighters came and took her. Some rooms AC does not work and they leave the renovated rooms from 1 to 100 to people who they think they deserve it and other rooms are nasty, old, make sure you look you are on a business trip so you can get a nice room more quite and renovated. There are mosquitos in the bathroom and they will get to the whole room and be everywhere even on your personal stuff, the sink is not working when you use it there will come water from the floor from nowhere, really bad experience and no option to get a refund.
