Arby's — Restaurant in Maryland

This is the 2nd time in a month I visited this Langley Park, MD Arby's. I have an Elder that Loves their Orange Dreamsicle Milkshake. So, after errands... off we go for a bite.

I don't do much "fast food". BUT this Arby's was on point both times in. The lady's room...CLEAN. The Counter folks... courteous and patient with my HANGRY 84 year old friend. The food was served quickly, and it was hot. I had a Greek gyro combo meal at about 9ish dollars.

The wrap was softer than pita, tasty, and held the meat, lettuce, tomatoes, and the tzaziki sauce all together. The meat was tender, with good flavor, very close to a classic Mediterranean, Middle Eastern gyro. The flavor was good, close to authentic.. very tasty, close enough to satisfy. I tried the crinkle cut fries very hot and crispy, not over seasoned with salt.

They offer fresh brewed sweet and unsweetened tea. He loved the cherry turnover well.

My first time at this spot, I tried the reuben. Delicious, tender, well made with just enough russian dressing and kraut. Served on marble rye, which was fresh, soft with very mild rye flavor. It was a really good sammi!! The only thing missing was the buttery, greasy crispness of a traditional grilled reuben! Well done, Arby's....see you again...

I actually always rate Arby's a five-star but this Arby's was definitely in the hood and they treated the customers as such. I ordered a sandwich that was overly dressed with thousand island sauce it was so soaked that I literally had to go in and have them remake it...upon doing that they remade the sandwich swiftly but this time they gave me one slice of meat with a whole scoop of of sauerkraut I was so disappointed but we were too far away to turn back around to get the sandwich remade. I would never return to this Arby's again and anyone reading my post please check your sandwich before you leave that location. I'm sorry I had to and I had to adjust my rating but it was due to the service that the staff gave not the franchis itself. we visit a lot of Arby's because my Husband loves the Ruben's..I really hope that the staff has an opportunity to see this as well as the owner. I do a lot of mystery shops and your store would have definitely got a bad review due to the interaction with the manager on duty and the young lady who made my sandwich behind the the counter she asked her to make my sandwich in Spanish and however she did say put a little sauce on the sandwich however the young lady put a little meat a little sauce and a whole lot of...

We placed an order drive thru. Once we got to the window to pay, the cashier kept saying our card declined. After that we tried not one but five different credit cards which ALL had a sufficient amount of money to pay for our meal. When I explained it's their system, the cashier rolled her eyes and closed the window. She then proceeded to keep our credit card she was working with. Finally she opened the window and stated it was our cards and one of their employees tried their card and it worked. So I handed back the drink she did give me as she knew for some reason our cards would decline since she kept the rest of the drinks in a drink carrier except for the one with her. We drove off and went across the street to Burger King, ordered the same amount and what do you know, our card approved the action!!!! I will NEVER recommend this location.
