This rating is a ZERO but you can only do 1 and up. This is the worse Arby's and will be the last time we stop by there. Our buffalo chicken wrap was stale and tasted disgusting. When I went up to the window to get a different chicken wrap like classic or plain whatever without the nasty taste chicken wrap they gave us the "immature" manager on duty was very unprofessional and lied that that the buffalo chicken wrap is all they have and was very annoyed with my request: mind you we eat at different Arby's all the time. I said no, Buffalo is not the only chicken wrap you have. He then took the sandwiches and hissed at me and walked off without apologizingor acknowledging my concerns. He then started talking to his "subordinates" mocking me and laughing and they started coming to the window one by one to see who he is talking about. He then told one of them to tell me it will take 5 minutes because I was looking right at him while he was talking about me I guess made him feel uncomfortable or guilty not sure and I said nothing to the messenger. Then another girl came up, faked waved at me and never engaged with them just waiting for my "hopefully" fresh food. Then I realized there is a scan bar where you can make a complaint or feedbacks and I went back to my vehicle to retrieve my phone.i came back they saw me taking a picture of the barcode and they started talking again about me taking the picture and then the other server came to the window and gave me my food. This time the food was freshly made and tasted delicious. Another reason I was standing outside of the drive-thru so I could see them making my food being that he was so nasty to me which should be the other way around but because I don't someone to put something in my food I was cordial. Then I saw the camera where they were preparing the food so I was a little relaxed knowing they will get in trouble if they put anything in my food. I tell you what though they were using their hands that had gloves dump stuff in the trash Can hand inside the trash Can and use the same hands without changing their gloves to prepare the food and these were door dash orders; the young Hispanic lady and the same Hispanic supervisor were doing this. It was so sick to watch but hey you get what you pay for. Lastly, while waiting for my food, I noticed that the drive thru area was so nasty and needs cleaning. Never go back to this...
Read moreVery odd. I got here for their opening time at 10am. There was only one car in the parking lot, and the door on the regular entrance side was locked. I walked to the dining room door on the drive thru side, and it was open, so I went in. Half the lights were on and half off. I called out but no one answered. I thought maybe they were lifting something in the back, so I thought I would wait. I stopped in the restroom and came out, and repeated calling out, with no answer again. As I walked back to the parking lot door, there was a woman and a man talking near a second car - the woman wearing an Arby's uniform. She seemed to be interviewing the man, as she was holding an application that had already been filled out. He walked away at that point on foot (no car.)
I walked outside and asked the woman if she worked here, and she said yes. She enquired as to how I got inside, and I said I got in through the open door on the other side of the building. She walked towards me, and in the door, pulling the door to her, blocking my reentry. I asked if the store was open, and she said no. I enquired that since it was after 10am, and the side door was open, why was the store not open yet. She shrugged her shoulders. I asked when it would be open, and she said she didn't know - maybe 30 minutes.
If you aren't open, for whatever reason, post a sign on the door saying so. Pretty simple concept. Also, don't leave doors open to the lobby if you aren't open. It's been 45 minutes now, and the store is still not open yet. I'm moving on. Looks like management is in freefall at this location....
Read moreSo I recently went to Arby’s to purchase milkshakes for my children as a reward. When I pulled up at the window, there was no “hello, how are you” just a very short “what can I get you?” dripping with attitude. I saw a sign advertising an orange cream milkshake. I started to order one and was cut off before I could finish as the food service worker stated they no longer sell that flavor. I started to order chocolate instead, but was cut off again as the girl manning the window said, “we don’t have any of that either.” It was clear to me that she didn’t care to make me a milkshake so I wished her a good night and promptly left. I later called the store because I wanted to report the incident to a manager. I spoke with an “Abby” who claimed she was the general manager but refused to give me her last name. She was very dismissive of my concerns. I wouldn’t have been upset at this situation if it was a simple matter of running out of a flavor. What I am upset about is the lack of human decency and manners. I am a grown person and deserve a little more respect than I was given by both the food service worker and her so called “manager.” If the owners of Arby’s would like to continue to make money as a business, they should seriously reconsider the way they train their employees to speak with customers. We ended up driving to the nearby Wendy’s who took our order with courtesy and respect, and they were able to sell all the flavors they advertised. Don’t go to Arby’s if you’d like to be treated...
