Update: Corporate stepped up in regards to my review 4 weeks ago. I was sent two coupons for any sandwich, no purchase necessary. Tonight 10/30/2023, at 8:40pm, I decided to give the location at 1250 Crain Hwy S, Glen Burnie, MD 21061, another chance. They failed abysmally. When I mentioned the coupons at the drive-through speaker, the young man seemed confused and asked me to pull up to the window to verify. When I presented him with the coupons, he asked the manager(?) present they discussed it for two minutes or so and told ne they had never seen anything like that before and did not know how to process it. I pointed out that it states on the back valid at all Arby's locations. After that, I was told they had already cleaned the slicer for the evening and only had enough roast beef left for one sandwich. This was 8:40 pm, and they do not close until 10 pm. To me, this felt like they did not feel like trying to process the coupons and had probably hoped of leaving the restaurant early. I decided to hold my tongue and left. I did reach out to corporate again and will be receiving a follow-up call in the next few days. I will not be coming back to this location. There is another Arby's a little further away on Ritchie Hwy. I suggest everyone do the same. This location is just not worth the hassle and disappointment. Please note that I do not hold the franchise accountable, just this restaurant.
09/2023 Stingy with cheese sauce on the beef and cheddar. The fry container was only half full. Granted, this is a restaurant in a gas station, so I guess you can only expect so much. It's much cheaper to use the app. It was almost $4 more without paying by app. Big game burger was a lot smaller than made to appear, which, yes, I understand images are enlarged, but the size was underwhelming. Was...
Read more2 fish sandwiches for $6 is a good deal. It is a good piece of fish. The main problem that I have had is Arbys bait and switch advertising: they advertise a fish sandwich with plenty of tartar sauce, but they serve a sandwich with a quarter-sized single drop of sauce that makes a very dry sandwich with too much bread. Bait and switch advertising is illegal. At eastpoint Arbys, they refused to provide more sauce, so I returned my meal and will never go there again. At this Arbys, they gave me sauce in a little container with no problem at all. These employees were polite and helpful. Obviously, the suits at arbys have decided that people prefer a mess-less, dry tasteless sandwich to a potentially-messy but tasty sandwich, (even though they use messy, tasty-looking sandwiches in their advertising). That's fine, but when arbys advertises a fish sandwich with abundant tartar sauce spilling out of the bun, then that should at least be an option. I had no problems with this arbys location, but the bun is a bit too thick, in general.
Update: on my subsequent visit, I ordered brisket, which was very good. I ordered Dr Pepper, but was given DIET Dr Pepper. The employee gave me another drink with no problem. Apparently there was a hose mixup. I was surprised to get curly fries. That is fine, but I didn't know they are standard, I guess? I ordered 6 Turnovers, and there was no way to know which were apple and which were cherry without biting or breaking them open. Turnovers were very excellent, but would be better without icing, which I scraped off. Arbys, save your money and ditch the icing. Service was excellent and courteous. I used the drive-through. I asked for and received extra condiments,...
Read moreI had the most awful experience today. I ordered 2 chicken chedder ranch sandwich and a peach lemonade. Simone was the cashier in the drive thru. The inside is closed. I paid Simone then waited about 3 minutes for my Peach lemonade which was delicious while I waited. 3 minutes later Simone told me to pull up and they would bring my food out. I complied and pull up next to the restaurant entrance door and waited. And waited and waited and waited patiently while others was served right away while I was left to rot. After 20 minutes I reversed back to the window after another car was quickly served. I said hello, Simone opened the window and I said I'm still waiting for my 2 Cheddar chicken ranch sandwichs. Simone said she didn't go out there yet? Then left the window to speak with someone. Then Simone came back to the window and said she's making it now. Then I waited again about 2 minutes before I received my food.
When I opened the Cheddar chicken ranch sandwichs 1 had a white cheese on it. While the other had a government cheese chedder one on it. With a drop of ranch dressing. 2 chicken tenders a tomato, lettuce and buns. 25 minutes and the order wasn't even correct. I was on a 30 minute lunch break. Total disregard for my time, money or quality...
