Auntie Anne's / Jamba Juice — Restaurant in Maryland

On 4/27/24 at 1240pm, my son and I visited the Auntie Anne Pretzel Owings Mills location at 10200 # 106 Mill Run Cir, Owings Mills, MD 21117. Upon arrival to the location we observed several patrons standing inside of the store with receipts in hand. It was obvious at this time, that those individuals were waiting for orders place. There were two employees in the store at the time, one male and one female. After a brief wait to place an order, The male employee then took our order for one (1) Cinnamon Preztel Nuggets. After paying for the nuggets, was told we would have to wait a couple minutes for the nuggets, as they were not made yet.

We then proceeded to wait with several other patrons for our order. I then noticed online orders being prepared and placed in station for pick up but not orders for those standing and waiting. We patiently waited for 19 minutes, still with a few other individuals who had yet to receive their order, I then asked the female employee of the status of the Cinnamon nuggets. She would then look over to the male employee who then replied to her, “They got burnt.” She would then state, can you wait another 3 to 4 minutes. We are going to make a new batch. After another 10 minutes, I asked again about the status of the nuggets and the female employee again replied, “Just a few more minutes”. At this time, after spending 30 minutes waiting for an order of 1 single cup of cinnamon nuggets, we respectfully asked for a refund.

The service at this location is extremely slow and seems to place more importance on online ordering than walk in orders. With being a new location, Management needs to be aware and train those who working to better prepare and attend to walk in orders. After 30 minutes of waiting, we have nothing to show but wasted time. As someone who enjoyed Auntie Anne Pretzels, will think again before coming back to...

Not the traditional auntie anne's. I've been twice so far, the first time I came I had to wait for my pretzel to be made. When I ordered I said I wanted a salted pretzel then when one of the employees was working on my order she asked if I want salt on my pretzel which is annoying when I already said that at the register on top of having to wait. My second time coming I came to order a regular salted pretzel once again and they told me they weren't making anymore pretzels for the night (at 7:30)... the auntie anne's at the mall would never. All of the pretzels would have already been made. Pretzels is the main thing Auntie Anne's does so to not have PRETZELS ready to be served is ridiculous. Especially a regular salted pretzel! So I asked the cashier what do yall have and she said pretzel nuggets and I still had to wait! If you're making pretzel nuggets, you can make regular pretzels. I should be ordering and getting my pretzel and dips before I leave the register, same as at the mall. The people at the register are always pleasant though, but the wait time and not having items ready that you mainly sell is a major turn off. On top of that, both times I waited at least 20 minutes for my food. Will not...

Came in around oh maybe 3pm the other day. Place my order and it was rung up for like $10 more than what it should have been. We get that corrected ok no problem. Then the lady who was waiting on me walks away and everyone is just going along their merry way. Only there is a problem my friend and I stil has not received our order. So we wait that awkward silent wait and then I am like excuse me can we get our order. The lady stops what she is doing and slowly fixes our order no apology or nothing. She just says nothing and well... it was all just really strange I hope no one was on any substances but it was all just really odd and very very slow and there were 3 people working and my friend and I were the only ones in the store besides one man that came in after us and was just standing there waiting to be served as well. Not sure if they had issues with each other or what but it was all really slow and strange would not reccomend this location. And highly reccomend corporate do a visit maybe there is some training needed IDK but it was all just really odd... I love their pretzels but I will have to use a...
