I visited this restaurant on both Thursday and Friday, and my experiences couldn’t have been more different.
On Thursday, everything was excellent. The service was top-notch, and the pizza was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious—definitely worthy of a 5-star rating.
However, Friday was a completely different story, it was, "Ttlhe Toddler Show. The tables were filthy, despite there being a large number of staff working. While my food arrived quickly, the pizza was cold and felt like it had been sitting out, possibly something another customer had rejected.
The cashier also seemed distracted and uninterested in helping customers. There were several of us waiting to pay, but she kept chatting with coworkers instead of assisting us. When I politely asked her to focus on those of us in line, she responded with noticeable attitude and snapped at me. It was bad enough that her coworkers had to nudge her to get back on track.
One more thing to note: if you plan on ordering a drink, don’t expect ice. The ice machine has apparently been broken...
Read moreQuite a satisfying meal. The salad was really excellent, with the vegetables crisp and the pieces cut in such a way that the ingredients permeated it and you got a very good mix of everything in each spoonful.
The pizza was also decent but there was also the demerit that some of the pepperoni slices tasted a little gross and not all the cheese choices seem to be appropriate for a pizza. Perhaps some of the ingredients were put on the list with little thought. However, the pizza was still of acceptable taste (although not excellent), with a nice crust and otherwise satisfactory toppings.
I appreciate the fact that it's more or less an individual pizza reasonably priced and that you don't have to get a tractor-trailer-wheel-sized saucer like at other pizza places.
Service was good and the locale itself looks clean and welcoming and it's well-situated for looking out the window on a scenic corner of a strip mall. However, the parking situation might give some trouble. Even at a time when there was no one there, there was barely any...
Read moreWe visited this restaurant for the first time last night. There were two people eating at a booth, one person ordering her food in front of us. The store was empty. The chairs in the front and back of the restaurant were on top of the tables. It was 8 pm. We had to verify that they were open. Once we went in, the gentleman making the pizzas/salads behind the glass kept complaining about having to make the food as we watched him fulfill online orders. When it was our turn to order, he basically asked what size pizza we wanted and didnt want the orders to be complicated. We ordered our food, checked out. We went to the back of the restaurant and took two chairs down from a table so we could sit comfortably while enjoying our food because we didnt want to sit in a booth next to the other people. At some point, another employee told us that we needed to leave because this part of the restaurant was closed and he needed to mop. It was 9 pm. The restaurant didnt even close...
