Boardwalk Fries Burgers Shakes — Restaurant in Maryland

A true Ocean City favorite. I remember countless times visiting Ocean City and getting fries from Boardwalk. This location just recently had a grand opening and I decided to try them for lunch.

My Order: Everything is Al-A-Carte I ordered the Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Small Fry, and Strawberry & Cookies Milkshake (Total $23.00). On a weekday it was pretty quiet and not crowded, with plenty of indoor seating available. Ordering was pretty fast and the employees were friendly and helpful. If you opt to dine in, you receive a number and the food is brought to your table. Within 10 minutes I received my order, hot which was a huge deal for me. My sandwich was delicious, the fries tasted just like how I remember, that Strawberries and Cream milkshake I will take over a regular cookies and cream shake any day. I'm a Strawberry connoisseur and having this mixed with cookies takes this shake to another level. I will be back!!!

Ambiance Plenty of lighting, and plenty of tables to dine in. It was clean which I can appreciate. I didn't need to use the restroom and can't speak on that however, the dine-in area was clean. The ketchup dispenser was low and needed to be changed.

I'm not one to write negative reviews about eateries, but I have to this time. I just returned home from my visit to your Owings Mills location, This was the WORST meal I've ever consumed at B,F. and I've been going to different ones since the '90s. The cheesesteak was so greasy and runny, I was barely able to eat a 1/4 of it because it was so soggy and broke into pieces. The fries were overcooked, hard and burnt. I only ate half of them. I will say the banana milkshake was very good as usual. The server (Diego M.) was very nice and polite, but the person who brought the order to me, practically threw it down on the table, Like a fool I still thanked him, but got a mumbled response and a dirty look. This was not worth $26.29 with a service charge of 2.5% - The nerve you have. Clean store, food prepared correctly, nice staff, however, as a loyal Boardwalk customer. .on my first visit to this location, I spent over $30 for me and my lady and when we were asked for drinks I elected to say let me get a water and then the person asked me that I want a bottled water and I said no I wanted a cup of water from the fountain and that is when he chose to charge me regular price for a drink without telling me but I seen the total change and go up, I asked him to remove the hidden/undisclosed charge and he went to say we do not give courtesy cups, BALTIMORE!we need to stop with this because if it is not A free water only, then it is no courtesy!
