Noticed all the great reviews however last night was my first visit and if you follow me you know I dine out regularly from $ to $$$$. I watched the guy who took my order tall glasses Asian go from the register to cooking THEN he made sushi same bare unwashed hands came back to the register same bare unwashed hands took another order gave a pick up carry out order to a driver and went back to finishing the Sushi. Basically what you have a picture of is my chicken and shrimp hibachi with no teriyaki sauce? Not a pinch of brown and I asked for extra sauce. So now I’m eating a yum yum sauce box disgusting. What is the point with out teriyaki sauce? I called the store immediately I told 3 different people I wanted extra sauce, the lady on the phone said it must of not been enough for me . I placed an order and they do not have the section on DoorDash to add sesame seed and green onions so I called the store to have that done. I called over 10 times and they did not answer so I asked my Dasher to do it for me. The store refused to let them put green onions on the side. The food is good, but the customer service is awful. They never answer their phone and they did not let my Dasher do what I needed done to my own food that I paid for. Very unhappy. I will stick to Pikesville where I’ve gone for many years.
