So incredibly disappointed with this new bagel establishment in Owings Mills. Gave them two tries and will never frequent them again. Last Saturday we placed an order for a Reuben on a wrap. Our number was 496. A few minutes later a man called out our number but I wasn't sure what he said. Then he called out my husband's name "Jesse", which caught my attention, so I was looking right at him when he called our number a second time: 496. The bag was tightly knotted so I never thought to look inside. When we got our order home, I was horrified to find two pizza bagels and a Philly cheesesteak sandwich -- not our order at all. I looked at the number. It was 486. I know I did not hear wrong because he said the number twice plus called out my husband's name. We lived way too far away to go all the way back. Today, we gave them another shot. We order one "Uncle Gigi", cut in half because we would be splitting it. The order was correct this time but the onion bagel was extremely stale and very tough, the sandwich was sloppily made with all the ingredients falling out the sides, and it was cut so lopsided that one of us received a far smaller portion than the other. The atmosphere is terribly impersonal with no attention to detail or care about what they doing. It's just assembly-line fast food at its worst. We will not be...
Read moreFood was okay. Staff were rude.
The self serve ordering kiosks was not functioning correctly and would randomly add or subtract things to your order. Took way too long for people to create their own orders using them. One of the staff recognized that there were long lines forming at the kiosks and just stared at us. No attempt nor desire to jump on an open register to reduce the customer congestion.
The food was okay once it was prepared and you finally received it. It was made exactly as ordered, including the random items that the touch screen kiosk added to it.
Coffee was good.
The staff clearly did not want to be there. The women calling out your order did so in a conversational tone which was far to quite for the ambient noise. The other guests and myself had to continuously walk up and ask which order was ready as she stood there with a bag in her hand impatiently waiting for someone to grab it. She then had considerable attitude when someone asked her to “say again” whose order had been called. You would think she would figure out that she was too quiet after the fourth or fifth customer approached her with the same question. She was not even attempting to elevate her voice for customers to hear the order numbers that were...
Read moreI would give this post 0 stars if I could. I placed an order this morning thru Door Dash. The order came right on time. I made sure I texted the driver to make sure that she receive the correct order and the entire order. When I received my order to my surprise one item was missing. I ordered a veggie bagel sandwich. Instead of received a veggie bagel sandwich, you know with all veggies on the bagel. Instead I received was a plain bagel still whole in a bag. That's it. I paid 7.29 for a plain bagel, really! When I called the THB in Owings Mills, I was told by Ryan to place another order thru Door Dash to get my correct sandwich. I told him by me doing that I would have to pay another 7.29. Ryan stated that's right. I told Ryan that I will drive to get my sandwich. Do not use Door Dash because you will get the wrong order. I would suggest placing order and picking it up. But Ryan tried to get me to pay another 7.29. Nice try. Oh by the way the veggie sandwich was horrible, no sprouts just a bunch of lettuce and brown nasty looking avocado spread. Disgusting!!! to look at so why would I eat trash.
The only person to get 5 stars today is the Door Dash driver. It...
