Marcelo the manager and franchise owner? need to learn how to be a good manager/owner and that is how to provide a good customer service. I ordered online and send my daughter to pick it up but i went back because the food ( 2 pretzels almond) was very cold. The manager was present so I asked is there any chance that I can have a better one because the pretzels are cold, he said ' oh no while touching the food in the bag, this is not cold. And if you order online that's a third party so i can't help you either. He told me that if I placed my food online, the freshness of the food are not guaranteed. Mind you, I placed the food and after 10 minutes my daughter pick it up right away. He said online is a third party so he can't help me with the refund either. That is very unacceptable. And also even you own the place you still representing Auntie Anne's company and he ruining it. He took my food but ask me to request the refund online? It doesn't make sense at all. Iâm not sure if this is designed to generate more revenue considering the nuggets cost more than the pretzel or just a complete lack of concern for the customers desire. This has happened to me on multiple occasions at this location and to top it all off I could literally see them making pretzels. Which tells me you have PRETZELS and if you are offering me cinnamon sugar nuggets then you have cinnamon sugar. SO WHY CANâT I GET A CINNAMON SUGAR PRETZEL?

I'm guessing the workers didnt have nothing to do so they where talking amongst themselves. its unfortunate that I had to get there attention just I can be serviced. Usually they are in the coupon book for Tanger, I asked the young lady if I will be able to use a 25% off coupon she told me no. My transaction was completed and then another customer came in and gave her the 25% off coupon and it worked. I couldn't get a refund on my money back so I can then apply the 25% off coupon. I know it may sound silly Supply that 25% off of $9, but for an employee who doesn't know their store policy on coupons and whether they work or not. It's kind of ridiculous.
