Very good bagels and a nice atmosphere. Also good variety of bagels and friendly service...my only question was that the girl who waited on me (I ordered a dozen bagels and a thing of cream cheese) asked me if I was a loyalty club member...i said no that it was my first time there. To this she said, ok well welcome, but then never bothered to tell me about the loyalty program - I thought this was odd but not a big deal to me. I do like the bagels - they were airy and browned on the outside with a crispy crust - and they toasted up nicely when I brought them home. I got a dozen bagels (and ended up getting two things of cream cheese bc they had a package deal on that) and it came to around $22 with tax...they also give you a bakers dozen of 13 bagels instead of 12 which is nice. Parking could be tricky at times bc you have to catch one of the 30 minute spots out front or else park in the garage that's across the way. I got a spot out front (the last one at that moment) when I was there - and the garage (which is free) isn't too far from the entrance so that's not a huge deal unless you can't get a space and you're in a rush...when I came out from the place there was an available spot or two...so it just depends probably what time of day you hit it I guess. But overall the bagels themselves were very good quality, and the place is nice with good service and also a large amount of seating (tables and sofas). I would recommend this place. Also you can see the guy making the bagels behind glass so you know they're made there. I will return - and I live in Columbia, about 12 min away, bc we don't have great bagel places...and this one has really good bagels

The bagels were the best bagels in the area that definitely tasted like New York bagels with a crunch and softness inside!! You must go try if you love New York bagels!! It's all about the water!! I even wanted to buy more bagels before I left!!🤔😊

First and last visit. I was riding with a hungry pregnant girl when we pulled into this place. The tropical smoothie was delicious and smoothe. That's about where my positivity ended though. I ordered a Brooklyn =everything flagel (flat bagel) with capers, Nova lox, tomatoes, and onion. Kona coffee and bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel. My capers were missing, and my sandwich was a sloppy mess with more delicious tomatoes than lox. My flagel tasted not toasted but slightly burnt. There was so much melted cream cheese we joked about it being a smothered tomato sandwich with a hint of lox. The pregnant girl was not happy. She expected to savor crispy slices of bacon. However, she was very disappointed to find that someone had chopped up the bacon and cooked it into the egg. Have you ever ridden in a car with a pregnant chick who is unsatisfied with her meal? 😓 I made my own terrible Kona coffee, so I can't blame them for how it turned out. Fast courteous service, but I think I'll stick to T.H.B.

This has been our go-to place whenever we need a good breakfast or brunch while charging our car. We've always loved their bagel which are I made fresh daily. They also offer healthy options which is what we normally get. Their coffee is good especially the Kona Macadamia Nut. I take decaf so mix it with their decaf coffee which is just a regular flavor.

I wanted to write this review to commend one of their employees, Robert. He is by far the best one there. He is kindhearted and warm and always greets my husbad and me, making us feel welcome and special. Today was the same thing. He gave us our sandwiches with a warm greeting. I see him going around and doing a lot of work. He is really very hard-working

When I went to the ladies room, I noticed there was no toilet paper and paper towel. I went back out and informed one of the employees who was just coming out from the men's room. He acknowledged BUT did not do anything about it while I waited next to the counter. It was very strange: he just looked back at me, talked to another employee and went inside the kitchen. He saw me waiting and didn't do anything. Robert, on the other hand, approached me when he saw me standing there. He was coming back from handing customers their sandwiches and same me standing next to the counter and asked if I needed something. I told him about the lack of supply in the ladies room. He nodded and immediately took the supply from the cabinet and went inside the ladies room to fix the issue. That is definitely excellent customer service! I told my husband about the whole thing and he acknowledged that Robert is a very good employee. My husband even said that Robert has always been nice since day one.

NOTE: If the owner or manager is reading this review, I would strongly suggest that you promote Robert or even give him a bonus, if there is such a thing at your company. He really, really deserves...

In the mail I received a coupon for 50% off a bakers dozen, I had previously been recommended this place by a coworker so I decided I would give it a shot. First red flag should of been "coupon code only valid when order placed online" and that you must register an account but fine, whatever. For reference so this doesn't come up later, the coupon expires in August 2025, I am attempting this order in July.

I make an account, I reach check out and right as I go to checkout the authorization for the purchase is rejected, which is quite odd given I've never had a purchase rejected before. So I try both my credit and debit cards from 2 different banks, all rejected. I try different browsers, I download the phone app and try to order through there. No dice, at this point I've invested more than a hour into this and I want a bagel, so I call the number they give me to call the store and see if I can get help placing the order. Upon calling the store they attempt to place the coupon on my account but discover my account does not exist (which makes no sense, because I am logged into it, and I clicked the verify link in the email multiple times to be extra sure) my phone, and email do not exist in their records so they cannot apply the coupon.

Now I'm frankly more annoyed than I am hungry, so I decide to cancel the order and just go screw it. Overall 1-2 hours of my time wasted trying to...
