Starbucks — Restaurant in Maryland

I'm having mixed feelings here...I order from this location every single day. Same drink. Tonight, my husband and I ordered via the mobile app, and when we walked in, I was stunned to watch what was happening. The very sweet barista was working the register and making food and drinks as fast as she could, with a line of customers waiting patiently...we could all see she was swamped. Where was the manager? Changing trash! This woman is working her butt off, and the manager can see the line of people, and he ignores it all to change trash. At one point there were close to 10 cups lined up waiting, and still the manager ignored the obvious need for assistance behind the counter. This was at approx 6:20 p.m. Once this barista got the cups down to 5, another male barista finally appeared from the back room, and kinda just stood and watched, while appearing to dry his hands. I don't know if the baristas have to share tips, but I left a $5 tip IN HER HAND, and told her it was for her alone. Woulda left her more if I'd had more on me. SMDH, it amazes me that a manager would be so callous. I have never seen such blatant disrespect at this location, and if it weren't for what I just saw this manager do, I would leave 5 stars...the baristas here...

Just swinging through on a road trip and wanted to stop for coffee early in the morning. Sign at the door says they open at 5:30am on Saturdays (we arrived at 5:42 to an open door). We then enter the store through the front door and we're met by a exasperated woman associate that frantically begins telling us that we are not allowed in the store and that we have to leave immediately. Again, she is frantic. No argument from us as we promptly turn around. However we do tell her the sign at the door says they're open at 5:30am (the time was 5:42). Waiving her hands in the air, exasperated, she tells us we are wrong and the sign as "6:00am"! We continue to our car and look at the sign once more... sure enough, it reads 5:30am.

Tldr: wanted coffee early in the morning, sign says they're open at 5:30 on Saturdays, but according to associate, they're open at 6. Door was open, associate was rude. Didn't...

The service was fast. The staff we're rather quiet considering Starbucks as the baristas are normally chatty. I mean chatty in a good way ie greeting the customers etc. There was none of that here. This Starbucks location is in a fairly new neighborhood. It's easy on and off for travelers and located down the street from Maryland Live Casino.

The condiments area was clean.

The staff uniforms appeared to be dirty as if the aprons and clothing had been spiked from another shift and wasn't washed.

The bathrooms appeared as if a two year old had rolled it with toilet paper and there was water all over the floor. There definitely needs to be more attention to detail of the cleanliness of the bathrooms and cleanliness of staff uniforms. Kwaza wouldn't take too...
