Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Maryland

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I called to make an order which they told me I had to come in to fill outa 24 hour order sheet. When I got there they were out of the order sheet so the cashier wrote my order on a piece of paper. I told her I wanted chocolate ICE CREAM and vanilla CAKE. I made sure I told her and asked 3 times before I left if she wrote the order correct and she said yes and repeated the order. 2 days later went to pick up the cake and I asked once again if the cake was chocolate ICE CREAM and vanilla CAKE and not the other way around and she said yes. When I got home and surprised my boyfriend with the cake I was upset because they gave me vanilla ICE CREAM and chocolate CAKE!!! Now the reason why I'm angry is because he was away for 2 weeks and I thought it would be a great surprise for me to get him the cake his mother got him as a boy growing up for special occasions. I used to like going to this store until today. The manager or person that was working didn’t speak English well. We asked to change the drink we purchased because it didn’t taste right, but it seemed like he couldn’t comprehend. One of the ice creams we purchased fell out of the cone as soon as my son took one bite. We asked to change it out and the man gave him the same ice creams back in a cup. That was not sanitary. He wanted to charge us for a new ice cream for $7. We had spent $25. I offered to purchase the new ice cream and when he gave us the cone the 2nd scoop looked like it was going to fall off again. We asked for a cup to keep that from happening and he started saying that they were near closing time and tried to charge me again for a cup! Icecream scoop sizes are a joke here, I got a Sundae that was "smaller" than the size of a "Gulf Ball"!!! This is not the first time either, plus the night/ Evening manager (he wears glasses) is a "Racist," .....he's the tall, skinny, beer bellied, darker skinned arabic guy, he's always irritated and trying to rush you to choose your flavor icecream/place your order. You have a problem with "black people" obviously, yet your skin color is darker than mine??? Really??? I will definitely be contacting the corporate office about this matter, as this has happened more than 1 occasion with this person. Terrible store, terrible customer service.
