Alright now. Disclaimer: I used to work here but I no longer do. I do patronize them often.

The York rd and Joppa rd stores are by far the best BR franchises I have ever been to.

The stores are CLEAN.

The tubs of ice cream and freezers are always neat and clean in appearance. You will not see clumps of adjacent flavors in other tubs.

Cake and prepackaged quart displays are full and orderly. If you want something different the employees will check the walk in to find something else you might like. Worst case, they will make you a cake so custom that your head will spin right off.

Your scoop of ice cream will be the same size as the person in front of you. Literally, they have to practice.

Forget that you have a food allergy? They didnt forget to ask!

If you are one of those people that like Rum Raisin, it's just a weird flavor...

I'm just saying, why go anywhere else when it's...

We love the ice cream, very tasty, however, when we came for an ice cream tonight (07.12.25) at 9:45pm, the server was very rude and unpleasant. She kept asking if we know what we want, before she even said hello to us. I thought it's because they are closing soon (and even though it's very unprofessional and rude), but they actually were supposed to close at 10:30pm. We asked the other server to put down some chairs, so we have a place to sit and eat the ice cream, but the other rude server was mad that the chairs were down. When we asked about closing time, she said that the lobby closes at 10:00. We walked away without any ice cream. You should put a sign says that it's closes at 10:00 and not 10:30, and regardless, you should teach your servers to serve kindly and with a smile. You just lost good customers....

Teach your employees how to make the Cappucino Blast or take it off the menu, it's annoying when it's a gamble if the people working there know how to make it or not when you go. It has ice and the cappucino mix which gives it a stronger coffee flavor and a slightly slushy texture. This is a problem at other BRs too where it's wildly inconsistent

Edit: Upgraded from 3 to 5 stars. It seems that management has taken this review to heart or just improved on their own, but I've had a perfect Cappucino blast every time I've went since. One time I went in and there was actually a manager/employee with a new hire who used my order for...
