Galleria Deli Inc — Restaurant in Maryland

I have frequented this deli for several years. My usual would be turkey club sandwhich, which was always a good portion of real roasted fresh turkey(not processed deli turkey, which I don't eat) and slices of bacon, or Beef rice bowl.I have had numerous friendly conversations with the owner, and was always satisfied with portions and quality of the food. Today I requested a turkey club, there was very little turkey on sanswhich, and although I requested mayo as I always do it was too much mayo. I took off the small amount of turkey and put it on my food scale. It wasn't even a 3oz serving, it was 1.7oz. When I called to complain they said usually it is 2oz, still not a serving of turkey for a sandwhich costing almost 10 bucks. If I lived closer I would have bought it back. I am sad to say I will not be returning to a deli, I once enjoyed...

This was my first time at this Deli. I had a Doctor appointment and was early, so I decided to get something to eat. Usually a Deli has good food. They were busy so I thought I’d take a chance. I ordered the Chicken & Bacon Panini with onion, provolone and Dijon mustard. The sandwich was delivered to my table quickly. The chicken was dry, there was a tiny sliver of onion and hardly any Dijon. For what I received, it was extremely overpriced. This is a shorter version of the review, I posted on TripAdvisor. I ordered a breakfast platter which consisted of scrambled eggs, bacon, home fries and wheat toast.The home fries were tasteless and the eggs were rubbery and unseasaoned. I called the deli to complain about the inedible food. The response, I received from the woman who answered the phone was unprofessional. She stated "this was the first time someone had complaint about their food". The entire experience from the food too the rude worker was horrible. Read the post in it's entirety on TripAdvisor.
