Roadside25 featuring GT Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

The delivery driver was incredibly rude. I dont even want to eat the food I’ve ordered anymore. The driver called me when he arrived and told me to come downstairs. I found it odd that he requested for me to come downstairs (I live in an apartment complex) when all the nearby restaurants come to my door. I double checked and confirmed my apartment number was added to my delivery address. I was not prepared to leave my home but I agreed to come down any and asked him to give me a few minutes. Four minutes pass by and I receive another phone call. I reply saying I’m on the elevator. He replied ok and hung up. He didn’t even come inside to the lobby so I had to walk outside. He says “That must’ve been a long elevator ride.” I say nothing back. He hands me me food and says “Next time you need to get down here faster.” I say nothing back. I’m utterly disgusted and I will never be ordering from this establishment again. I wish I could...

I love GT. They have been my pizza delivery guys forever!! They make things special. They are nice friendly and have a really good delivery time record for me. You tell them you are not satisfied and they will work harder to make anything your way. They bend over backwards. They even have stopped to get me milk on the way..... They make their own bread sticks....awesome....their strombolis....are awesome... they have great fresh brownies and ice cream for desert......They make their subs huge...they have given me french fries and I hate ketchup.....so they make me gravy....So give them a try and if you don't like something they will fix it....But I like pretty much everything they make...Ricky is the man....and he loves legos which I trhink is adorable too....it's a family place....and a fun place....I wish if anything they had seating....because I would be there all the time....

Just ordered GT Pizza for lunch and WOW/YUM!!!!!!!, we are overly pleased and extremely happy. Items ordered were a Cheeseburger Sub and an Italian Cold Cold Sub, an order of Waffle Fries and a 2 liter. Everything was exceptionally delicious. Food arrived hot and cooked to perfection. You can tell the products are FRESH and great quality. With prompt service, just as their menu reads, and fantastic customer service, you can bet that we will be returning again and again. I would HIGHLY recommend grabbing your next bite to eat from the super kind guys at GT Pizza in Lutherville. Everything about this visit and our food were ABOVE the norm. So so soooo good.
